This is a fun little game and I like how the last level had me make the title.
I would say that with the final level the sound effect for connecting to a point didn't play if there was already one connected to that point, but this is only really an issue in the final level.

The story is interesting and I think it has a nice theme and style to it and the music was fitting.
I did have a problem with trying to solve the mystery (I failed) and it was that I didn't know how I was supposed to link everything and had no idea if I had found everything I needed.
I would recommend some kind of feedback for the player to tell them if they are looking in the right direction, other than that it was a pretty cool game.
I like the art style you went for and I managed to beat the first 2 levels however I tried to do the last 2 as well however it felt overwhelming and I wasn't able to beat the last 2 levels as I couldn't keep track of everything as it was moving too quickly.
The sounds where fitting and I feel like the music matches the art style and theme.
For a game like this I would recommend adding a button to pause the movement of the trains so that the player could look over the level and maybe change some of the signals like maybe some kind of ready button to make the trains go instead of having them go right away.
This game has a nice vibe to it thanks to the nice music and calm colour choice, I think the character has a nice design to them and in general the game looks and plays well.
I got stuck on the 5th puzzle for a bit but it all made sense when I figured it out.
The game doesn't have sound, but other than that it's a fun game.
This is an interesting game, you seem to be going for the approach of connection through teamwork which you have done well, however there isn't anything that makes this stand out from other RPGmaker games I have played (no offence).
The story is interesting with funny characters, however I would say that the hooded guy boss is a bit of a shock due to everything before it being really easy leading to this fight, so when I got there I wasn't very familiar with how I should be fighting as I didn't need to use any healing before and ended up in a situation where I had no mana for the fight.
Overall, I would say you did well with only one real problem being the hooded guy, I think that you could expand upon this some day and make something really cool.
I enjoyed the game and it may be something that I may return to later to complete .
I think the game could use some volume setting letting you adjust how loud the in-game sounds and music is.
The game is surprisingly well made for a 10 day game jam making this quite impressive, however this game could also do with the option to rebind the controls as not everyone is going to like using ZXC as these are a bit weird.
The game is fun and I had a bit of a laugh with it involving a game breaking bug with a bit of a funny out come.
When I was playing I sent my police car to a house and it then just stayed there and didn't return and eventually both my ambulances were stuck on the police car and unable to move where I began to gain negative population and income which was really funny.
But overall the game is good.
I find this game boring, the idea of having to sleep and drink is interesting, but it feels like I'm just picking things up and moving them.
I beat the game by randomly finding the items and randomly clicking on everything in the room and the key is invisible and I found it through randomly clicking.
Cool concept and the game is fun to play .
There are parts in the level where you need to stop time but the obstacles freeze in a position that block you but that's to be expected from time stopping games.
I think an improvement would be adding checkpoints as the final level is quite difficult and could use them.
Great game, I liked how the game felt to play and I really enjoyed playing it, I tried to get to the sun and failed lol.
The grapple mechanic felt really nice and smooth and altogether felt powerful as I impacted planets.
I think that the enemies could use some sound along with a sound effect for when you kill one.
