I added your fireworks to the credits as a reward for beating ALL the levels.
If you’d like to skip playing all that, try playing the Keep again after using this code: NXD43V.
Your werewolf is the final boss of a SNES homebrew cartridge I just put up. It runs, attacks, jumps over arrows, and it’s the last thing in the game. Credited on the page. https://mindlessturtle.itch.io/super-red-riding-hood
Your festival fireworks light up the ending of Super Red Riding Hood, my SNES Dev Game Jam 2026 game. It’s a small part of the game, but it’s the last thing players see. Thank you for sharing them! https://mindlessturtle.itch.io/super-red-riding-hood
Your wraith is one of the toughest enemies in Super Red Riding Hood, a SNES game I made for the SNES Dev Game Jam 2026. It floats in, casts from range, then sinks down where you can hit it. Credited as “Originum” in the game and on the page: https://mindlessturtle.itch.io/super-red-riding-hood. Thank you!
This pack is most of what my game looks like: the forest, both caves, the sky, the cottage, the castle, the graveyard, even the flowers. I built Super Red Riding Hood for the SNES Dev Game Jam 2026, and your art runs on a real SNES. Thank you so much. You’re in the credits: https://mindlessturtle.itch.io/super-red-riding-hood
Your skeletons are every enemy in Super Red Riding Hood, my SNES Dev Game Jam 2026 game, recoloured into nine types. Your fire, thunder, ice and dark spells are what they cast, and the Holy burst flashes on every hit. Thank you for being so generous with these. Credited in-game and here: https://mindlessturtle.itch.io/super-red-riding-hood
Thank you for Red Hood! She’s the hero of Super Red Riding Hood, a SNES game I made for the SNES Dev Game Jam 2026. Every move she has comes from your sheet, and it runs on a real console. You’re in the credits roll and on the page: https://mindlessturtle.itch.io/super-red-riding-hood
You’re absolutely right. I got caught up working on the tools to building my game more than actually developing the game, so I didn’t get quite as far as I was hoping to complete. I was even debating about submitting the game, but I’ve played worse games in other jams… 😅
Thank you for the feedback and thanks for playing!
Unfortunately, we both named our games “game.nes” and EmulatorJs just caches the first one. You can play my game in private / incognito mode to clear the cache. I wish I could reupload the game under a different file name, but the jam prevents me from doing that.
Also, you can download the ROM and play in an actual emulator if you want.
Hey, guys. I just found out clearing the cache in EmulatorJS is a little tricky. If you play another game with the same emulator, you might not play the right game if we both reference “game.nes”. I have a simple fix for it: name the file something more unique, but I can’t upload it until the jam is over.
A temporary solution is to open the game in private / incognito.
Or just download the NES rom and play it locally.
