The pixel artstyle and animations are so charming! The simple slime character in an atmospheric environment of glowing moss has a calming effect. The platforming mechanics are also quite interesting (I was shocked when I began to shrink). Well done. Good luck on your future endeavors with this project.

A very bizarre entry, but I was engaged the whole time. A forced encounter with an intruder in a narrow space is a common horror trope, but the absurd visuals and humor made this game a standout. Well done.

On first impression, the limited color palette is striking and the UI is fluid. The concept of a human in an enclosed space serving vampires has a lot of potential for horror. I hope you continue to build on this idea!

The character designs are strong and the quality of the illustrations is impressive. Very charming characters. I was entertained overall, but the artwork really stood out here. Good job!

The presentation is wonderful. The sprites and CGs are varied and of high quality. The character designs are strong and certainly give off the "Professor Layton vibe". The cosmic horror edge contrasts sharply with these designs. The opening scene was quite unsettling. I will have to play through it again to fully grasp the mystery, but overall it is impressive work. Well done.

The concept of a discarded doll needing parts to become "perfect" is intriguing. The textured visuals reinforce the "handmade" themes in your story. Using the doll character to explore ideas such as creation and abuse is also very interesting. I think your premise has a lot of potential! Well done.

Thank you! Your support is very much appreciated. The fact that you've read through the story twice already is really encouraging. I hope that you continue to enjoy the worlds I've created.

In regards to the music, I chose more atmospheric tones to capture a feeling of uncertainty, a theme that I wanted to explore in both Demivana and the main characters' past memories.

Elias and Rym's story isn't finished, and I'm glad to know you'll be there for the next chapter.

Thank you for your review (apologies for the late reply). It means a great deal that Madame’s Abyss was the one to bring you back to visual novels after a break. If there's more interest in this particular story, I'd be more than happy to return to Demivana for a follow-up. For now, you can try my other demo: Ysella Contract: EKRUALGA. This story is also part of the Erebus Saga. I’d love to hear what you think of it.

Thank you for the kind feedback. I'm glad you liked Ager. Since he's Lance's partner, I wanted to personalize the player experience with variant colors and expressions. When I return to this project, I plan on adding more things to do with him! Please stay tuned for future updates. Lance and Rosenwyn's adventures aren't over yet.

Thank you for the thoughtful review! I'm glad that the characters left a strong impression. The time constraints made balancing the story and gameplay a challenge, especially as a solo developer. I would like to return to the story again so that I can deliver a more complete narrative.

Admittedly, I found the combat aspect the most interesting when working on this. If there's interest in a more fleshed out story, I would like to return to this project again. Thank you!

Very unique presentation that has a shadowbox vibe  (the shaders and parallax effects are a nice touch). The visuals really enhance the strangeness and make the experience feel dreamlike. Good job!

Charming  characters  and art style. The varied expressions on the sprites made for a very lively and engaging experience!  Well done.

The setting and art style gave your VN an eerie but familiar atmosphere. The bits of humor interspersed in the dialogue made the interactions flavorful, especially when handling difficult topics like death. Good job!

The visuals and  storybook-style  presentation suited your VN's  premise. The lighthearted aspects of the competition for the prince's favor contrasted well with the darker narrative developments later in the story.  Good job!

Thank you! Crafting charming characters is my priority. I hope that the gameplay and story served to enhance the characters you spent time with. This was a very encouraging review. Please stay tuned for future updates.

Thank you! If I revisit this project, I'll develop the narrative a bit more. I wanted to do something different,  but also create something fun in the allotted time. I may have given too much attention to the combat system. I'm glad you enjoyed it.

The game was short, but I enjoyed my time with it. The eye character was effective at creating an unsettling atmosphere.  Well done.

Ah. I'll give it another shot and see what else I missed!

I really liked the art style and color palette you chose here. Overall, there was a sense of mystery and unease, but the story was also whimsical at times. Makes me wonder if this was based on the author's own experiences.

I enjoyed this. A short, but cute story. The inner monologue really captured the essence of youthful romance well. Good job.

Really nice art style. Impressive how you made it work as a Game Boy game!

The art really works here to create an unsettling atmosphere. The home setting made for a more intimate experience, which adds to the unsettling aspect. The animations though minimal felt intentional and added a lot to the overall experience. Great work!

Really interesting story and world-building. The background visuals and sprite designs had a comic book quality that gave more character to the world. Dragging the Pawns on the map was a really nice idea that I would like to see explored more.

The background art and music-themed UI were very charming. It's refreshing to see a work with such focus and care on music. Great work to the whole team!

The watercolor illustrations are a very nice touch. Congrats to your team on accomplishing an interesting world with intriguing lore. Good work!

Cute character designs and premise! The ability to navigate the Fall Fair made the experience more immersive. The chibi versions of your characters added extra charm.

Thank you!

Thank you!

The vibe is like a creepy children's storybook. The visual style and dynamic camera movement work really well together to enhance this effect. Very interesting world you and your team have created. Good job!

Thank you. Sound was a priority with this work so I'm glad that it resonated. I will check out your submission!
