sorry if this sounded harsh, I really like this game and want to see it grow to the best it can be

super cool retro-looking game with loads of potential.

few issues: didn't realize my first residential building would be permanently, unchangeably set as my/mayor's house. spent multiple hours building an apartment building, only to realize that no civilians will ever set foot in it. tried saving it as a blueprint, deleting it, placing a new smaller house to set as my/mayor's house, then place down the blueprint of my own apartment building again to put on the market.
except.. my blueprint won't show up. I'm assuming it's in the higher-density categories but they're locked without explanation and there's no info I can find about unlocking them.
issues like these seem to be the biggest problem; the game is quite rigid. no undo button, no moving structures/multiple items at once, placing down new room or ground types deletes all furniture, can't place my own sidewalks by roads, etc.

making the game's construction more forgiving with an undo button, marquee tool to move multiple objects, allowing furniture to persist after replacing the room it's in, and allowing players a bit more control over the rigid road construction would make this much closer to a 10/10 for me.

already this game does an incredible job with the amount of colour customization, furniture to choose from, outdoor structures placeable on roads and by sidewalks, prebuilt options for less detail-oriented players, and intricate simulation of civilian lives including interaction with furniture and workplaces.

also,  I think this game has the capacity to skyrocket in popularity in specific niches if you allowed player-made sprites for furniture or other construction options.

Hi! wonderful idea, this adorable goose has made me smile and giggle multiple times. it's a bit unstable though, and my PC had some issues while running the program.

roughly 15m in, my PC hard crashed for the first time in years. memory_management was the error message, I think. I don't recall ever having that issue before and usually this type of crash only happens on PC startup, but mine had already been on for a long while. I wasn't doing anything special, I don't think I was even directly interacting with the goose at the time.

Apologies if it was just a coincidence, but I'd rather be safe and let you know what might be a really bad bug.

Very interesting and inspiring work. I don't believe in the tarot as much as others do, but I still found myself wanting to heed the Owl-Woman's advice.

The cards' art hints at a hidden world of humanoid animals alongside humans and hybrid animals that really make me curious. They were fun to shuffle through, and a lot of them reminded me of words like "soft," "feminine," "wonder," and "airy." I found myself wanting to reach in and stroke the feathers of the owls.

The gameplay makes me feel very calm and still, as if waiting for something. It's a soothing sensation, mostly created by the warm music and classy artwork in general.

The only flaw I found was how the Owl-Woman says the name of the card before you see it. It's more instant than I'd like it to be, I'd prefer to read the title on the card itself. It has a better first impression, you know?

In short, The Owl-Woman Oracle is a lovely little game that I will be thinking about for a while because of it's unique artwork and soothing feeling. My favourite part is looking and learning about the cards, while my least is how little material there actually is. You can't go wrong with adding more features like... a section history that records what cards you've previously drawn, more categories, and maybe a censored version for the younger audience. Honestly though, I still really enjoyed this game and will be checking out other works of yours. Cheers!

Good idea, I'll start with that thank you. I hope to see this implemented in the future!

Hi. I have a big collection of games I want to play someday, which I scroll through when I'm looking to play a new game. However, I'm not always in the mood for any of the horror or adventure games I've saved. It'd be absolutely awesome to be able to search and filter games within a collection so I can find just the right visual novel to play or something.

I'm sorry if this is already a feature, but if it is, I've searched for it and can't find it. And with my collection usually containing around 75 games, it's clunky to have to scroll through everything.

Hello! Very cute game you have here. I just wanted you to know I found a bug. The game crashes if you approach the border and hit space. I'm playing the colour version on windows 8.

Here is the link to the log

Thank you. This is my favourite writing/creating project I've ever done. Link to my work. Flickr credit can be found in the description of the photos.

my crush approached me and wanted to talk about tha booty. 10/10 living out my fantasy life

Slept on the keyboard, slept on the counter, slept in the sink, got pets, went outside, tracked mud on every single tile I could, then laid down for a nap while both me and the dog were getting pets. 10/10
