Thank you, accessibility is definitely the biggest issue about the game right now, I had more people with the same issue so ill add some settings for that if I update the game afterwards.

Thank you! Glad you liked it.

Yeah sorry, the visuals can 100% be much for some people, it’s not suited for everyone. Thanks for trying it out anyway!

Really nice, great art, lots of polish. I’m not too good at these types of games but I think I got pretty close, the mechanics are clean, awesome job on the game!

I’ll look into adding some settings and tweaking how the camera works if I update the game in the future, thanks for playing though, glad you liked it.

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it.

Very unique idea, and love the leaderboard! I got 13 as my high score. The art is really nice too awesome work! Also you should show the cursor again on the game over screen, I struggled to press the main menu button to go back.

Thanks, glad you liked it. Though yeah some of the camera movement might be a bit excessive or might at least need some settings for tuning, I agree.

Thank you! I was actually gonna make the player a bit taller but kinda forgot about it. I also think a lot of that’s because the maze and floor tiling is really large relative to the player so it feels slightly off.

It takes a bit to understand all the mechanics, you can dash into walls to fly across the map, and you can also double jump. You just need to collect the beacons before the flame speeds up too much. Thanks for playing anyway!

Nice game, love the old windows aesthetic. Great work.

Thanks for playing, I have added a little warning to the game page. Sorry for that tho!

Thank you, I totally understand that tho, I didn’t end up adding much of a tutorial or explanation inside the game. The itch page does a solid job of explaining the game in the about section but I get most people won’t read through that. Glad you enjoyed the game tho!

Thanks for playing! I also think the game could definitely use some more explaining how to play so I don’t think it’s just you.

Super nice visually, and the puzzles are actually interesting and a nice take on the theme. The polish is absolutely visible in this game. Great work!

The movement was super nice and fluid, also a really fun idea. Took me a bit to realize I actually had the ground smash ability tho even with it I couldn’t beat the whole game, probably because I’m really bad at 2d platformers. Super fun to play though nice work!

Great game! I do like the idea and the art is really nice! The right click ability felt much more OP than the other in my opinion, also I managed to get stuck twice somehow and couldn’t move, don’t really know what caused it tho. Either way, nice work on the game!

Awesome, really clever puzzles, it took me a bit to get past some of the levels. Really well made!

Really nice puzzle game! Also i definitely did not on purpose try to kill one of the moles with the dynamite stick and end up having to restart lol :D

Thank you! And yeah I totally get that, there should probably be something explaining what they do, maybe like a description under each modifier, and more visual clues overall.

Really creative and I love the visual style of the game! Was a little too long to play all the way through but it was really nice and fun! Nice and cozy, great work!

Great game! I do really like the idea of this one. I do suggest adding a way to reset after you fail because refreshing the page each time is a bit annoying. But awesome game really creative!

This is actually a pretty nice idea, at first though it was hard to figure out what I can interact with and how, so there should maybe be some highlight or indicator or something to tell you that.

Besides that I’d say after you figure it out its really nice! It does also take you a bit too long to go through everything so I find it hard to manage absolutely everything on there for long.

Okay this game had no right to be this satisfying. Actually really nice, though it was slightly confusing to me but that’s a me issue. Amazing sound design.

Great work on the game, felt really nice to play. Anyway after I finished playing it I looked at my bank account and i got 100 trillion dollars from the leader (of the world), wow!

Nice idea, I do really like it. I managed to get to Day 3 but it was a little difficult. Also great voice acting!

Thanks! I’m glad you liked it.

Thank you!

Thank you! Also yeah I didn’t even think of that it’s exactly the type of game for background footage :D

Nice game! Took me a try to figure out how it works but I managed to get a score of 12 on my 2nd try, which I think is not too bad. Looks really nice too!

I like how this used the theme, its pretty fun to play. The choices with the chips require a bit of thinking, though it seems like once you get some good ones, like some that give ticks often, you don’t really need to do much anymore and can just wait for the timer to run out since those will stay the most reliable usually, so not too much later to do moment to moment.

Great work though and the visual style of the game is really nice!

This is actually amazing! I loved this game a lot! The idea is so creative and it was super fun to play. I can totally relate to the character going crazy over these guys, also some of these ideas for the different characters are actually hilarious! Incredible work on this one!

Awesome! Didn’t except to play this kind of game, the story was nice! Amazing work!

Awesome idea! I ended up saving 100 people, sorry to everyone else, but I would have probably played longer.

The way you call the fire ships was slightly annoying, I think they should move mostly automatically or I should somehow be able to click on a building that’s on fire and click there to get a ship called. That, and the game could use a bit more polish. Either way really nice work on the game!

Nice game! The movement felt smooth tho a bit hard on some levels. I only managed to get to level 3 but that might just be skill issue. The weapons shouldnt be able to move on the ground, I found myself accidentally pushing the katana on the first level trying to grab it quickly. Also some mechanics like the grappling hook aren’t very clear they exist (I didn’t really read the controls before playing), maybe a little text on the level telling you how to use it would be nice! Overall, nice work on the game!

Really like the idea and it was pretty fun to play. I had to use 3 hints and it took me like 12 minutes to beat since im not too good at these. Tho I suggest some kind of indicator where the next shot will go before I shoot it, it’s a bit precise sometimes to figure out blindly, though that might just be me.

I really like the style of this game. Polish and theme also amazing, good work!

Also definitely a bit too easy and the levels are short enough that the main timer doesn’t matter too much, but that makes sense for the early levels anyway.

I released my new game Beaconlit for the GMTK 2026 Game Jam. You can play it in the browser or download the game. Consider checking it out!

Beaconlit is a game about speed. The task is simple, go in, collect all the beacons, and complete the level. However you are not doing this alone. The Flame starts with you, every 5 seconds, it gets faster. The Flame does not care for walls, it is coming to you no matter what you do, and you can only outrun it for so long. Complete a level, and you get to continue on with your points and make the decision on if you want to continue the run or not. Continue the run, and you get to pick a modifier to add to your run, multiplying the points you get. A modifier can be a new entity, a buff, or something else entirely?

The game is about your movement, The Flame only gets harder to avoid the longer you take, so always stay focused on the goal. Die, and your run is over, however death will also lose you 20% of your points, for not ending the run yourself when you had the chance

Thanks, glad you enjoyed it!
