Awesome idea! I ended up saving 100 people, sorry to everyone else, but I would have probably played longer.
The way you call the fire ships was slightly annoying, I think they should move mostly automatically or I should somehow be able to click on a building that’s on fire and click there to get a ship called. That, and the game could use a bit more polish. Either way really nice work on the game!
