Thank you for checking it out! I made the dash ability unlock earlier just for you hehe!
I'm satisfied with how things are for now, so I will probably move on to other projects. Thank you for your time!

yoooo is out

Thank you for the kind words. I sure have learned a lot from this one.

Also also, there's an update available that fixes most issues if you're intereset.

Honestly yeah I get it.

My game is a buggy mess, time management is quiet difficult especially on your own.  At least I can play and finish your game, that's pretty impressive.

I love the color palette with the dark purples and oranges and pink (might even steal it for later hehe). The art is sooo solid. And the puzzles are fun too.

I wish there was more feedback for hitting the notes, like a little splash or something. I know writing music is hard, but original songs would have been nice. (also thanks for having ASKL, and not forcing me to use arrow keys eeeew). Even if it's on the easier side, it was still fun.

Oh, interesting. Might have to do with some of the high res assets or shaders or just slow internet. That's more complicated to fix than fps drops huh
Thank you for the feedback, I will consider this for later!

Oh I don't have a Mac to test out for such a build. Are you perhaps having performance issues in the web build? I might add graphics options to disable particles and lighting if that's the case.

Really glad that you're interested! I have actually been working on an update to add a map, better balancing and less bugs. It's gonna be out the moment the rating period is over!

I'm cooking up a small update for after the rating period with a map (and less bugs/softlocks).

Oh pressing R is a debug thing. You're not supposed to that... I guess I have to remove it for the release thanks I forgot.

Ok I have been cleaning up the bugs, and never encountered this. You have crazy reflexes whaaat. Hope you enjoyed the game nonetheless.
also slugcat pfp.

Amazing art, idea and polish. It's such a solid entry and appreciate the juice. Tho sometimes things feel a bit random and you have no choice but to take a hit

Car game go vroom vroom. It's a fun simple game, enjoyed it quiet a bit.

This is the best type of "puzzle game, where the amount of turns you have is your countdown" I have seen the jam, or whatever they called.

The presentation is a 10/10 for what's going for, I only wish the lose and hiccup animations were shorter and snappier since it kills the momentum a bit.

The controls are a bit weird. and the camera is sooooo slow. I want to move on from a section but it's not coming with me. Also moving with the mouse doesn't work for some reason.

The programmer art is soooo charming. This game is fun as hell.

Definitively the most interesting implementation of this idea. And with great art too. Though the explanation wall was a bit too over complicated, a few visuals and icons would have helped (and make it multiple pages long instead of one giant wall of text)

Really impressive to have hand drawn cutscene alongside the solid art in the game

Really glad people are enjoying the banter and not get annoyed of it. Thank you for playing!

Sorry for the trouble. But it's really cool to see devs who really care and are passionate about what they're doing. Good luck with your work with your engine.

oooh wait it's running now with proton ge. but after the game starts, I can't interact with any of the objects the info text hover appears correctly but clicking pressing enter nothing happens.
also using zorin os with ge proton10 33. Any dependencies I should look out for?

A Slay the spire like game for a game jam is quiet ambitious! I bet you spent all the time on making the game actually work over polish lol. I get it I get it.Really cool concept I sacrificed all of my INT (intelligence?) because why need brain when you can one kill stuff.

This take on the theme sounds so obvious now that I think about it! and it was executed really well, a tutorial for the controls at least would have helped.

BIG STRONG DROP ALWAYS WIN, especially if there's already a path laid out! Pretty cool game and very very pretty and well polished

The game doesn't run :(.
I  tried all of these builds and still nothing.
It doesn't help am running it through wine and probably missing some weird cpp dependencies.

Thanks for the feedback. Play testing was really needed for that part yeah.

I really appreciate that the key words are in bright red for the illiterate to read (me). Also damn do I love the witch's cabin , she lives in an apple how cute which contrasts well with the quiet gruesome weird illnesses these villages are going through.

I'm not gonna lie, a full tutorial in the description would help a lot. I see the vision tho.

I wish there was less moment where you're not in control, for example you can't do much on the pink bouncy things once you land. and for the level transitions to be smoother too, and to able to click through the text (am fast reader, I like to click through text the millisecond I finish).
But the presentation (I love the little square ratio going on), the adorable little character and the interesting game mechanics kept me going.

Gorgeous game! I wish there was a web build, I had to pull wine to make the game run on linux. But was well worth it!

I had to use those hundreds of hours on stardew fishing for good use!

Really charming programmer art, it's pretty cute.

Damn this is hard, I suck at it but kept playing for a while for some reason. You hyper gamified pressing a single button, this is impressive.

That was technically, visually and alternatively impressive!

I looove how fast pasted everything is.  Really well polished, but really needs more play testing by someone other than the devs lol
genuinely it hurts having to wrap my head around: Q, E, F. They all can be genuinely replaced by 2 keys or even 1 if you push it.

Too much to think about at once, especially while having to dodge stuff at the same time. I was stuck on the shield guys because I was pressing E to steal him as a gun like the first one and nothing happened, it's not intuitive that you have to throw stuff at him with F.

Shhhhhh, if Toby Fox can just steal designs from other artists, I can do that toooooo.

Thanks for the feedback. I will make sure to make the font more readable next time.

Oh, thank you for the feedback. I didn't think of that (since it was intuitive for me, who worked hours on it lol)  ! I will make sure to give stuff a proper tutorial later.

Glad you had fun! And you got to the end too, that's pretty neat.
