Oh I love the idea of this!! I'm not going to lie, when I saw the time limit, my blood pressure spiked a little though c':::

The controls are intuitive, and I felt very chuffed with the 'you did it' message at the end! Very satisfying!

I would mention; the sound effects are a little loud, though? Especially the one for rotating, given how much it needs to be pressed to play? That might just be a me thing, though! I really enjoyed the little game, this was such a cool interpretation! c:

Hehehe Aseprite inception!!

Oh my gosh thankyou so much for the kind words!

The art was so strange for me to make; I am so used to taking my time with illustrations. But for this jam, there was no time! So I scribbled something together haphazardly ahaha

I am so glad that you enjoyed it, ah! C:

Aaa thankyou so much for playing! c:

Yes yes, that's exactly what I was hoping to explore with the theme! Do we do things just to get to the end? What makes you happy? The world can be so outcome-focused today, I thought it was a fun thought-experiment to discuss that a little bit in-game c: Ah, I'm so happy it came across!

I am super inspired by undertale and deltarune! They are my favourites, ah! I'm really glad that the 'explore' character came across as a little uncanny; I feel like it can feel a little bit that way sometimes, when you are taking the time to side-step your normal routine. To enjoy and explore a little, you know?

Ah thankyou so much again; for the thoughtful comment, and for playing the game! c: I am so new to these game jams, but it's such a fun way to express yourself creatively, and to be inspired by others! C:

This is seriously such a beautiful interpretation of the prompt, and submission, oh my goodness!

Super inspiring!

Aaah and it even gives you a little rating at the end! This is delightful!!
I particularly love the scrunched up little icons for FL Studio/Godot/aseprite oh my goodness, they are so cute! ;-;

Hehe I really like the sound effects you added! c: They are so delightful--

This is such a cool idea; to have the player help with the last-minute-sidequests of adventurers, rather than being the one with the sidequest themselves.

(I managed to get up to 9 with my high score!)

Oh my goodness, playing this gave me chills!

Such a raw and hard-hitting interpretation of the prompt. I particularly love the radio dialogue; for that radio show announcer, being there for others was a kind of 'sidequest' too, wasn't it?

This is seriously so beautiful, oh my gosh.

This is so cute! The character art is really high quality, and the little minigames are sweet!

I think the second minigame might be a little bit bugged though? My score counter randomly went down at times.

Aaah I'm so happy you enjoyed it!! C: Hehehe, it's a bit of a world-building game; I wanted to flesh out the idea a little more!

And the pixel art was so fun to make! I'm pretty new to it still; so I'm really glad you think it looks good! C:

Dude, your artfight game is so cool by the way!! I can't believe you made not one minigame but 4?? That's crazy!! The fishing one is really satisfying, and your transitions/animations are so smooth, oh my gosh!
