I updated my profile page (https://rdssdr.itch.io) around 2 weeks ago i believe, after waiting for a few days i emailed support (#396478) and havent heard anything about it since
Is there some other way to contact support and/or speed up this process? I understand that it's not crazy for it to take a bit, but two weeks plus not hearing back despite backing a ticket is wild.
