I have a bunch of sprite layers inside folders/groups. Is it possible to use folder names on export in file names? OR at the very least export to the same folder structure?

Much appreciated. This appears to have solved my issue.

Out of curiosity, is there anyway to have the export respect grouped layers as folders on export?
