A fun little game, would have loved to see you expand the game to more levels but I had fun with what you had!

Pretty fun mini game and a really nice animation. Would love to see an expansion with you doing something with the gold and some music to match the vibes.

Probably one of the most "gameboy" games in the jam I've played so far! The art was on point, the music was great, and the tile based movement all fit the GB setting perfectly. I agree with other comments that the enemy placements were a bit unfair, but other than that I don't have much else to say.

I think it was a great game overall. The art was pretty good, I loved the music, and the perspective change between the characters was great. If you plan to expand on the game or use the base for another project, I would heavily lean into the character change idea with multiple perspectives.

A very fun puzzle game! The pixel art was very well done and I enjoyed the music. Hope you all are able to make a full game some day.

Really great art! The story was pretty good from the pictures and I'd say you did a pretty good job with your goal.

Game was great! Lots of content for a only being made in a week. Pixel art was good and I love the ragtime music. Definitely deserves more plays than it has so far.

I was having fun with the platformer but I just wished there was more to play. The music was pretty interesting, kinda like hindemith; very dissonant with a few tonal resolutions.

A nice short game. Loved the theme interpretation and the clear inspiration from the legend of zelda. Good job mate!

The sound effects all being mouth sound effects was the old gold we needed all along. Would have loved to unlock abilities the difficulty scaled (especially the bullet enemies).

I thought it was really fun but also quite challenging. I really like the gameplay loop; planning out what you needed most while trying to escape made for a fun spin in bejeweled.

The objective was not very clear, even with the description. The art/animations were nice but I would have loved more flushed out mechanics to support the awesome art.

Nice art! Can't wait to see how the game plays when its finished.

This is probably the most "Gameboy" game I've played all Jam! The movement, art, and music all felt like a GB game, it was like playing a mario underwater level. I did have a bug where the game audio overlapped when I got to the surface and went to the next level a few seconds later.

Also loved the lighthouse reference.

Great puzzle game, felt very gameboy with the turn based and art. I felt rewarded when I finished a level and understanding how each level gets completed. This has a ton of potential!

I really liked the core concept; I had fun building my way up while still needing to keep the board clean. I would love to see you expand the game with additional levels, abilities, and music.

Thanks! I loved making the music and we plan to update the graphics to match the into vibe soon.

(also there was another song, if you didn't get to hear it you can find it in the description)

I think you have a strong foundation! I thought the movement was fun and using the enemies to boost to the relic was neat. Once you implement the other ideas, I think it'll have a nice gameplay loop.
