Thanks, the whole submission came out of a couple of names. After I thought of weekling as a time-based minion name it was basically impossible for me to brainstorm anything else for the jam.
That Reverser ability is probably the thing that I spent the most time debating what the cost and limitations should be. Since a big part of the way I envision momentad are as more or less hired guns following other fey so I didn't want to limit it to not let them aid their leaders. In the end I just picked an amount of malice that felt like it was a cost to use for powerful allies but not too much of a cost if the momentad are being used with less powerful creatures. I think if I had more space (and maybe some knowledge from testing) I would make using it on more powerful allies cost more.
And then the Cententinel extreme deadliness feels like an edge case to me. I mean I'd defer to people with more experience actually running and playing but I don't know how prevelent in play that one complication is out of the core hundred or how many people are playing elves or dwarves near the end of their lives. Since most ancestries can't even hit a century and the ones that can I would imagine are only being played as 2 or 3 centuries old I figured realistically it's providing a couple of extra squares on average. But I do very much enjoy the visual of this one little fey unintentionally turning a very long lived creature into a splatter on the other side of the wode.
