No lol, I thought it was supposed to be 'made from scratch' at the time
I removed it from submissions now.

DONE RENDER:

WIP Post:

I'm working on an update for a mockup made in Blockbench and Blender: https://ubejelly.itch.io/pixel-diorama-summon-night-swordcraft-story-2
Firstly, I find the first version I made too limiting for angles, and too noisy with its details. I was aiming for a much simpler mockup but packed with elements that "shows game-ness" to the viewer. So I went back to the project and cleaned everything.
Thanks to the first version, I learned that simply making the actors (player and enemy) flat planes is too limiting in various angles. You have to transform them every time you want a new angle to render. So here I just made them billboards. This way I can select mostly any rendering angles I want and need.
Right now this angle works well on Initial angle, North (both orthographic and normal), and any Right Isometric views:

What's up! Here's a tiny scene I made with Blockbench and Blender!
Check it out here: https://ubejelly.itch.io/pixel-diorama-summon-night-swordcraft-story-2

It includes both models as well as an Aseprite and PNG file for textures. You can use them for free or commercial purposes.
If you have any suggestions like for a next scene to make feel free to let me know!

Hi everyone! I'm UbeJelly and here's my first post and it's about my platformer puzzle game Gravity Shift!
It's main game mechanic is you shift gravity to navigate through levels. You can only use the spacebar key to control the character.
You can play it here: Gravity Shift itch.io page
Please give it a try! Lemme know your thoughts on my game (level design, controls, etc.)!
