I feel like time loops are a natural starting point from "Cold ____ Night" lol.
The overall style was inspired by a criminally underrated soundtrack for a game called The Operator. Sleeping on Incongruities is actually specifically inspired by some of the tracks from that game. I wanted to also add some kind of haunting vocals, but developed a sore throat just in time for the jam 😭

I made a more intense track for a more intense moment, but decided to scrap it because it didn't really fit the rest of the soundtrack. I might polish it up and release it seperately.

I got the guitar VST literally the day before the jam, and immediately new I wanted to use it.

To be honest, I'm tempted to make this game now lol.
