Such a well-thought-out game! I only skipped last three levels (because I was thinking about losing spending my time). I loved how there is a natural hinting mechanism: when you play a level for some time, you can start to calculate how many segments are missing and where which gives you a natural hint for your actions.
Also thanks for the artworks, breeze of fresh air in AI slop era.
Really fun game, its one of the games I spent the most time on.
I quickly developed insane hatred towards Gubgub, that dopamine hit when his cauldron explodes : P. Really clean aesthetic, polished game.
What I would improve is the AI: add more randomness, more variety. I quickly found that the best strategy is to never go for the dynamite by myself, just fish it out and peek cauldron and the moment he picks up his dynamite put it into his cauldron. Could be fixed by limit on how long you can hold the dynamite (then you explode).
Good game, I enjoyed it.
Loved that the game was based on historical data, I decided based on the 99.8% error which made the game quite short for me ( i know its bs). It would be nice to add some kind of guard against this like "hey are you really sure you barely explored the logs?" Congrats on the first game tho, its good!
Great game, finished it, the puzzles were well thought out and I did not even need some of the notes. The visuals may seem a bit minimalistic at first, but even just few minutes in you will discover beautiful artworks. Nice post-processing and animations too.
Audio is on spot, the only questionable thing is the 1minute lock mechanic. At first it makes sense: in each round you discover something new that you rush to the next round, excited, dopamine hit from making the progress...On the other hand, when you get stuck, not able to wrap your head around some puzzle, it is just annoying. But overall it is just a minor flaw (or maybe intended feature so the finishing the puzzle is even more rewarding).
One of the best GMTK2026 games.
Classic analog horror/No im not human. It would be nice to recall the signs of anomalies during the game. After descending, the anomaly thanked me and left me on black screen. The game was a bit too long and repetitive, it would be nice to be able to eject someone in the middle for instance because it felt like just watching something rather than a game.
