First heard about this from the Islands of Weirdhope collab with Mausritter. Both games have been on my to play/run list, though I haven't and I'd like to think there is something missing for me from each individual game. This combination of the two seems to fill what each is missing - the grit of the post apocalypse from the perspective of non human-sized creatures. Post-apocalypse is a genre I love to explore, with the Helixes reminding me of Engine Heart (one of my favourite games to run), and a lot more wild than, say, Wanderhome. In recently studying a fair bit of OSR, I feel I can fit some ideas and structure into a comfortable glove of a narrative with some nuance in factions, thanks to the way in which the ideas are presented. Heck, the map making is a real lovely bonus for me!
I am pushed into looking at Rolling Hope, if not run a one-shot of this. Thank you for making this!

I recently got into looking into fishing RPGs. I’ve known about rod reel fist for years, but only just got the chance to play my first BoB game, Wonderhome, this year. To see the star align with a BoB fishing ttrpg is a real treat. On top of that, the Eco-punk theme is very much my vibe. I’m keen to discover how these two intersect in this game, as I process reading it and bringing it to my group. Thank you for making this!
As a passing player of sega bass fishing and enamoured with the idea of Legend of the River King, I picked this up on a whim as a means to explore other RPG systems, little did I know that I know that I found a treasure trove of fishing RPG content here that works as a standalone, as well as a pn add on to other RPG campaigns. I am honestly ashamed to have just browsed this, and I hope to be able to support you fully one day, for the passion and love this under-represented genre deserves.
At the very least, thank you for making this game! 👍
