I'm sorry. This is a bug. There is a save and even an auto-save, but you need to go to the menu to save (press Escape or the power button on the top left to get there). The game will automatically save to your selected slot when you go to the menu. You can select another slot and press Save to overwrite it as well.

I will fix this in the next build. For now, please go to the menu before closing the browser.

"Auto save" Should be automatic. It shouldn't be that we need to go to a specific menu area to have this auto save function work. This is the most basic level of game design. Especially that this game is a "Time cruncher" which makes it so that wasted time can hurt a lot depending on the time played.

I played for 3 hours and lost everything because of that specific issue. I lost all of my progress and everything was slow at the start, I'm not going to go back to struggling to make ends meet when the game doesn't follow the very basic function of autosaving.

What do you think the auto in auto-saving comes from? Automobile?!
