For all those who tried the game before I update it, please give it another try. The files got corrupted somehow.
This game seems charming but I am very confused on what is happening. I dragged the items to the safe and it showed me the "results" but I don't really understand what the results meant. I might be missing something here. The artstyle is very charming and the sounds are interesting but I find them a bit too overwhelming. Overall, this game I think needs a bit more polish but its still a solid submission! Well done!
You need to survive for some time to figure out which is the possessed item. Once you determine which one it is, drag it over to the safe.
I think I did that already. How do I know if I did it correctly or not? I tried every item and it showed me this screen afterwards.
The bewitched item is random. It'll start jiggling if you survive long enough, so then you need to drag it over to the safe.

I gave the game another try and it seems like I still end up in teh same spot after I finish it? (the yellow circle in the middle with the stairs). Is there anything that I'm missing?
No, it means you made out alive. I added a text notice to show that. The yellow circle is a light bulb by the way. Sorry about the quirks.
Please give the game another try. The files got corrupted while I was moving them from Wick. I uploaded a working version of the game.
