Well I'm glad for the ending. That was a pretty dark opening sequence. I liked some of the mechanics. I actually thought of death stranding for the walk mechanic. Would be funny to do a whole death stranding style game on Gameboy. After playing your game I think it could be done, with the parallax and holding A then B to walk.

Someone I know took their life recently. So this made me tear up in a cathartic way. Good game.

Good story and well presented, makes good use of the secondary theme too. I just would have liked to see more as it's very short! How it starts with you pressing keys to walk towards the edge of the building is pretty impactful too, I started playing before reading the description so that caught me off guard.

Very impactful story. Interesting spin on gameplay, haven't seen this kind before.  I wish there would have been more content. I really like this game, one of my favorites in this game jam :)

Great moral of the story and was a very cute short game. I wish it was longer and was able to be expanded on more! Great job!

Very deep and emotional story. I think we can all relate with the protagonist feelings from time to time. I would have love to have a little more of gameplay but the idea was very well executed and the art is amazing, Awesome work!

Good story. You really caught the Gameboy nostalgia. Because I grew up with the gameboy myself, this really struck home. It's a good lesson to remind yourself from time to time that we have all felt good and bad moments, some of them so intense that you felt they would never pass, but hey, look where we are now.

And if you are in a bad place right now: just allow it to happen, don't resist the feelings. It will pass.
