Good story. You really caught the Gameboy nostalgia. Because I grew up with the gameboy myself, this really struck home. It's a good lesson to remind yourself from time to time that we have all felt good and bad moments, some of them so intense that you felt they would never pass, but hey, look where we are now.
And if you are in a bad place right now: just allow it to happen, don't resist the feelings. It will pass.
