Hi, I love your game. I also made a game for the game jam, but due to unforeseen circumstances and the lack of a clear tutorial, I didn't know how to set up an online leaderboard like yours. I followed several tutorials on YouTube that used an external itch.io page called Leaderboard Creator, but in all of them, the table didn't update correctly and the records were overwritten (I don't know if it's a Unity bug, I'm using version 6000.0.49). I'd like to know how you added the online leaderboard and if you can help me with mine :). Thanks.
Wow, respect for this result!
Feels very complete and i like the style of it. That would be a great candidate for a speedrun competition :D
Maybe the controlls could use a bit polishing. Felt a bit whacky sometimes to controll for me.
Really good work!
I enjoyed this game a lot, it felt polished and the three different options is a really cool mechanic. The pixel perfect graphics were great too! Nice job!
Really glad you enjoyed! I've been really enjoying doing pixel perfect graphics lately, just has such a crunchy feel that I enjoy working with! Thanks for the rating <3
Looks and feels very good and is in a very polished state
Glad you think so! Polish is always a really heavy focus for me, so I'm glad you enjoyed <3
Absolutely loved it. This is an insane amount of polish for a mere 3 days.
Great incorporation of the theme as well!
It gave off somewhat a Metroidvania vibe, using different abilities to travel through the same levels—and that felt amazing.
Thank you so much, that was definitely a focus for me! I really wanted to make it feel fun to play through the same level over and over, so having different routes for each of the abilities, as well as allowing characters to open up different routes for eachother, was a massive focus for me.
Glad you enjoyed! ^^
very fun gameplay and nice mechanics!
Glad you enjoyed! <3
I couldn’t set a record on any of the levels 😄
But overall, I really enjoyed the game — the graphics, mechanics, sound, and character strategy are all top-notch!
The only suggestion I have: consider locking the mouse cursor inside the game window. Since your game uses the mouse, mine kept flying off to my second monitor during gameplay.
Locking the cursor is definitely a good suggestion, and something I need to do more; It's a common complaint on my games xD
Really glad you enjoyed! ^^
So much fun!! The main mechanic of switching characters to get through the map was a clever idea :)
Glad you enjoyed! I felt it'd be a fun gimmick to run with ^^
Yeah definitely! I thought it was cool how you couldn’t touch the acid with the grapple guy and the shotgun guy, but the jet pack guy can drain the acid, allowing passage. It just shows how doing something in a certain order can really impact your time! :)
Wow, great game, I just couldn't do the top swing on the last map, scratched the itch of the neon white speedrun.
Yeah, the last map was definitely extreemely rushed, got to a point where I was just tired of working on the game and wanted it to be over xD
Really glad you enjoyed! ^^
Really nice game ! i enjoyed playing it so much
Really glad you enjoyed! Thanks for playing! <3
Really glad you liked it!
I definitely lose out on ratings due to never doing web builds, but eh, web builds of my games just never perform well enough for me to want to upload one. I use quite an excessive number of particles xD
amazing work! all three mechanics feel really good and fun, and a neat concept to go through the same level with each. really great stuff
Really glad you enjoyed! Definitely was a major point to try making the same level a different experience with each character, so it feels like there's a good reason to need to loop! Thanks for playing <3
This is actually really polished and I have no idea how you did that in 72 hours. I think the gimmick of having to use all three character in each level is really cool.
Glad you like it! Figured it was a pretty neat interpretation of the theme, had a lot of fun making it!
(Also, the secret of making it in 72 hours was unhealthy amounts of caffeine, and very limited sleep xD)
smooth asf movement
Thank you so much! Was a major focus for me, for sure ^^
This game is so fun and polished, it actually seems like something I would buy on Steam. If you decide to expand this more I would love to see it.
We'll see, may decide to at some point! Glad you enjoyed <3
Please make this into a full game please I wanna play it more.
Haha, maybe, we'll see xD
Glad you enjoyed! <3
Amazing. You put so much effort in this. YOU EVEN ADDED A PRACTICE MODE WITH OPTIONS. And all the powers are fun to use.
Always find it's the little stuff like that that makes a game. And I'm glad you enjoyed using the powers, put a lot of care into trying to make them all fun and unique! ^^
I love this game. Each character having their own playstyle but potentially being able to help each other out depending on the order you play them, with each having their own kinds of skill expression, each with unique music, AND they all feel super good to control? This is incredible. What sorcery did you use to make this?
I used a little sorcery called "Multiple thousand milligrams of caffeine" xD
Glad you enjoyed! ^^
