Cozy and fun game. I like it
Thanks a ton!
Surprisingly, my game just won't start, and the loading screen freezes at 99% and stops. However, I believe this is a personal issue, as others are experiencing no problems. Nevertheless, for the sake of fairness, I will provide my feedback based on the attached photos and comments. 13 out of 15
I guess this is the only issue I have seen about the game, I wish you could have atleast played it :| But thanks for voting anyway
That was a very fun and relaxing game, it really stands out in the sea of game jam games where most are fast-paced or intense. I actually lost track of time while playing this game and found myself just doodling and drawing for fun! I also like the random modifiers that would come up, it adds some challenge and also makes it fun to keep on drawing. The music also adds to the calmness of the game. Great work!
Thank you so much! And I’m really glad that the game gave off such a relaxing vibe, and I noticed it too while playing some of the other entries, lots of them were fun and I would have played them again, but they just weren’t as calm and slow-paced :)
This game was so fun and I loved doodling the random prompts! I'm unsure how the scoring system works and would love to know more about how it's implemented! I loved the different level modifiers, the symmetry one was particularly challenging and funny. great job!
I’m glad you enjoyed the game so much :) The rating system is a bit complicated to explain through words, but it tracks colors, time spent drawing, time remaining, number of simple shapes that are in each prompt and some other factors, which should have definitely been explained in a quick tutorial… If I decide to work on the game post-jam I would definitely put some work in displaying that information more clearly
That's super cool! Honestly I don't think you necessarily need to communicate to the player exactly how the scoring works as long as appropriate feedback is provided :) it's nice to keep these kinds of things in the background sometimes so the player feels more immersed and won't try to "hack" the system
Cute drawing game, simple and well executed. Good job!
Heres ours if you haven’t seen it yet.

Thanks for the kind words :)
This is awesome Parrot
The rating system felt very random at times, but that doesnt take anything from the experience. The drawing felt good and very responsive, better than a lot of “professional” drawing apps do.
Great job!

OMG that parrot looks so cute :> thank you so much for the kind words! I’m really happy to hear the drawing felt good and responsive as I put a lot of time making it feel just right :D As for the rating system it is still a bit rough around the edges, and I didn’t have time to fine-tune it and display the information properly during the jam. And as others have pointed out a tutorial would work wonders here
A really cute and relaxing game, drawing feels good and you get lost in the drawing haze, the music helps this feeling of relaxation and it's just a pleasant experience in general, really enjoyed it :)
I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the game so much :)
Simple, easy to learn, great game!
Thank you!
I'm a horrible artist but I still had a lot of fun with your game! I liked how the different mechanics like the darkness and the symmetry kept it from feeling repetitive.
Thanks for playing :)
Soothing music, simple rules, solid game. Great job (◕‿◕✿)
Thank you :D
Nice drawing game with cool aspect of progression. Good work!
I appreciate the feedback :D
Very relaxing game, love it. Im not that talented at drawing / painting but I made this crab.

Edit: I dont think you can paste images here but at least I tried
Thanks for playing, I tried my best to keep my prompts somewhat beginner friendly :)
The different tool and mechanic like the light off and the symmetric are nice. Like others said it lack some goal or reward but if you manage to make a multiplayer version of this like a skribblioit could be great !
I was hoping to make a multiplayer game for a while now, maybe I’ll publish it to finish your games jam :D
Oooh, very nice interactive project. I wonder how it judges my terrible drawings haha.
Though I don't know how much is it a "game" in a sense. I had fun drawing the different things with the challenge imposed on it, but since there's not really a "fail" state, or something else to compel me to do well, it fell a bit flat. If there was some gamey elements to it like you fail after not reaching enough scores after some numbers of drawings or something then I can see it be much more interesting to play.
I still had a bit of fun with it though :)
I tried to go with a more relaxing approach :) and yeah you’re right having certain thresholds would encourage some more thougtful drawings, but I didn’t have time to experiment much on how to implement them so it matches the pace it has currently… But I’m glad you had fun nevertheless :D
Clients loved me, hah! This was fun and different and it made me wonder why am I drawing the things I am drawing, I mean, what's the first thing that comes to mind when given so little time to draw. Very cool
Nice to hear you did amazingly as an artist :D As others have stated this game would have been better with a quick tutorial to get you started, but I’m glad you liked it :)
I like drawing so this was a fun challenge :)
I wish making money with drawing would be this easy in real life :D
I too wish it was :p
It's a fun challenge to draw quickly like this. I was confused by the lights going out, if that meant I messed up a drawing or if it was that specific drawings have that effect or something like you mentioned in the description. Neat effect though.
I guess that was the first “challenge” you got xD It’s not specific drawings, it lasts for a few of them and then it changes to something else…
Oh nice—I got to my score to like 10,000 and saw that effect like 5 times but I don't think I saw any others, and then the prompts started repeating so I thought I saw them all. I'll have to try again and see what I missed.
Okay interesting, I played again and actually got to the final score screen, with like 8900 points this time. I used all the tools as I unlocked them and saw way more stuff. I saw the frame, symmetry, flip, etc but I didn't see the darkness one at all this time. I only ran into a couple of the same prompts as the first time too, though they started repeating at the end. Neat that you can play several times and have different experiences.
Fun game that's for sure. Very chill vvery fun when you mix it up with all the challenges. I played for quite a while actually haha all the way up to 10k. I think if there were some challlenges or proogression it could ne more fun. But if you just want it as a fun game that you play for a bit then it's already perfec.t. :)
Thanks for the feedback and I’m glad you liked it so much, my main issue over the last couple of years was I overscoped, so I’m glad you enjoyed this small and as you say perfect little game to play for a while :D
yeah you nailed it man, you aimed for a good scope and you managed to implement basically everything within that scope, well done ma
Thank you so much :D
so cool but i think you win every time
Overall fun! drawing fast is a fun mechanic, would've liked if i could see my drawings !
Oh, I haven’t really thought about it, great catch!
