This game is a really great game! i love the golf line of travel, really really good truly. overall, the game is just really really good, but the part i love the most is the music and art. the sprites are soooo cute and the music is just fulllll of straight bangers, really amazing job! I really enjoyed playing this game:333

Developer

Thanks!!

Really liked the idea, liked the projection of trajectory (had some really hard times with that on the past, so, awesome to see it this well made!)
Congrats on it :)

Developer

Thanks!

The art is nice, though repetitive gray tiles have never sat right with me (that's just a me thing). The cat is cute and the pink, white, blue palette is cool. The music is really good and the gameplay feels nice other than when a ray incorrectly predicts your trajectory.

Developer

Thank you! You are making some valid points and I agree

nice game, the loudness of the music before I changed it caught me off guard. would be cool to see expanded

Developer

Thanks for playing! I did try and get the music to start at a lower % but couldnt quite figure it out

I had a lot of fun with this one. Honestly the only criticism I have is that the prediction line may be off slightly. It was for me at least, not that big of a deal though. The gameplay is engaging and simple. I really like that you slow time when launching while moving.
really great job!

Thanks for playing. The trajectory sadly is a bit jank, ideally I would love to fix that post-jam :)

great game. wish it was longer

Developer

Thanks a lot!! :D

This is such a great game! So much fun! Art is great, music, mechanics, everything! I could play it for hours and never get tired! Amazing job!

Developer

Thank you, I appreciate the awesome compliment <3

Submitted(+1)

It's a really fun game! I enjoyed the mechanics and the artstyle is pretty cute, hope you make more :D

Developer

Thank you so much!

this game was so FUN! omg what a great mechanic (congrats on the programming of this, i imagine it was hard to make it feel so good with all the physics) i loved it. Also the last phase music was absurdly good too, it made me wish the level was longer. My final score was 12082

Developer

Awesome! Thanks for playing! 😁

this is super fun well done dude!

Enjoyed the springiness of the cat felt lovely!
One piece of feedback: the red tiles were hard to get around sometimes, i like there inclusion but i felt like the game wasnt giving me the benefit of the doubt

I hope that helps and thanks for making it!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the feedback! Yes the red tiles might not have been the correct design choice for this type of game, a misjudgement on my part whilst trying to create urgency

I think the idea is sound I just think the collision box feels abit harsh around the edges. That would solve the problem for me personally

Developer

Ah yeah, thats actuallya great point, thanks!

This music is amazing and I love the launching mechanic in the game.

Developer

Thank you!

Bombastic presentation! I especially appreciated the song hyping you up at the end, and the physics feel great. My only gripe is that I wish there was more consequence for launching, since you can just keep reorienting yourself otherwise.

Developer(+1)

Thank you! I did toy around with the idea of having a maximum amount of launches and have some scattered launch pickups, but in the end I decided to just "follow the fun" and let people play in whichever way the want and added a stat for keeping track of launches

Submitted(+1)

That's fair!

Submitted(+1)

WOW super impressed that you manage to code the trajectories!
The music is a Jam! loove it
The aim trajectory is completely off sometimes tho, might want to look into that.
I will be back for the later levels to attempt them again!
A bit more polish and more levels, you got a neat game here! great job! ✨

Developer(+1)

Thank you! Yes the trajectory coding was the hardest part of this game. I used a godot Line2D node for it which maybe wasnt the best choice

Submitted(+1)

Really cool game mechanic! Personally I liked the easier levels a bit more. I was just enjoying the catapulting so much. As soon as the red squares came in, I had to focus and try to survive. Too bad you did not manage to get the aiming to be perfect, that would have helped a lot I think.
Anyway, Very fun game and well done!

Thanks!!

Very interactive! Almost feels like I'm golfing in space!

Developer

Haha that was the original idea actually xD before adding cats and fishes

Submitted(+1)

Amazing game, really cool artstyle. Trail when aiming is inaccurate, everything else works perfectly

Developer(+1)

Yeah, the trajectory line is a bit wonky I'm aware, did several re-codes of it but still couldnt get it purr-fect.

Thanks for playing! :3
