Really nice job! It felt like you spent a lot of time polishing the core game which made it really enjoyable. Music and vibes were great--I like the back to the future style skid marks at each lap, too. Great job!
I love the overall game concept! I’m usually not great at this kind of game, but I still really enjoyed it. The visuals and soundtrack were spot on and felt super cohesive. “Loop You to Death” was such a banger. I totally felt that retro vibe!
Though I've seen similar takes on this game, the controls on this one felt really nice. Perfect drift - that's hard to do!

Oooh the controls on this are so tight, just zipping around the track feels incredible. I had been driving on my own for a while when a hoard of copies arrived and beat the shit out of me, I had a very good laugh lol. Really cool take on the concept, it naturally cranks up the progression over time which gives it a really exciting feeling of building tension. Love the homage to the delorean too.

The controls feel pretty great. Hugging the center perfectly in a run is really satisfying! I'm not sure why but the first time I launched the game, my browser completely locked-up when the fire was supposed to spawn. Not sure what would cause that but it sounds like someone else may have had the same issue so it might be something you want to look into for future jams. It worked well after the second attempt though. Regardless, you definitely nailed the controls!
I was confused where my copies were because I didn't see them until I started lapping them almost 20 laps in. I did eventually crash into myself. The controls felt good, but it was a bit lonely for most of the race.
I think the game looks good and the car feels very responsive, good controls! I also really liked the music and I think it fit well.

Really liked it, very enjoyable to play and quite addictive, good artistic cohesiveness too! I think the ghost cars should appear from the first laps already, and with your speed you tend to naturally leave them far behind so they don't end up being much of an issue - I'm not entirely sure how I would solve this, but if the ghost cars were more present I think it'd improve their threat level!

Thanks for the feedback, and i agree with you pretty much.
The levels that were funnier had tight road laps, where you couln't avoid slowing down to get curves right, and eventually bump.
Unfortunatelly, they did not make it thru the jam finishing line.

This was hard to get to run, but it was worth it! Very cool! I had several races where I wasn't racing anyone, but I had a few laps where all the cars were there and it looked awesome!
I got 16 laps, for anyone looking for someone to beat! :)
