How does your game fit the theme?
The character is trapped in a time loop, unable to escape until they collect the memory objects that will help them confront their past. If they fail to gather the necessary items, the day resets. But with each loop, the objects change location—revealing new clues about their forgotten story.

I liked the narrative was cool to see her remember stuff

Although idk what she did remember but the time abruptly stopped

Maybe I won or I forgot I won XDDDD

Developer

Haha, I love that you enjoyed the narrative and her remembering things! Yeah, the abrupt time stop is definitely a bug — usually you’d get a clear ending message. Maybe you did win… or maybe you forgot you won! XDDD I’m working on fixing that soon, thanks for playing!

I really liked how the narrative is tied to the object! It makes it interesting to put all the pieces of the story together! Collision makes the navigation a bit tricky and I had to read the description to notice  I can interact with objects with the mouse! Other than that, it's a really creative game! Great job!

Developer

Thank you so much! I’m really happy you enjoyed how the story is connected to the objects. I appreciate your feedback about the collisions and the interaction hints .  I’m working on making those clearer and smoother in the next update. Glad you found the game creative!

Submitted(+1)

I like the idea and art style~ really well done!

Developer

Thank you so much!  I’m really glad you enjoyed the idea and art style .  I’m planning to add more content soon!

Cool idea, however I didn't quite get how to play. If I understand it correctly, what's stopping me from just randomly clicking objects? Also, the collisions were a little bit annoying sometimes. Anyway, cool!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the feedback!  You’re right, the gameplay could use a bit more guidance to avoid random clicking .  I’m planning to improve that in the next update. And I’ll work on smoothing out the collisions too. Glad you still thought it was cool!

the story is really cool, and the graphics were nice... the sprites were on the wrong layers sometimes, but its nothing substantial

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much! :)  I’m glad you liked the story and graphics. Yeah, I noticed the sprite layering issue too — I’ll definitely fix it in the next update!

This is a really cool narrative idea! I love how the environment changes as you progress, it's a nice touch!

Great job on incorporating the theme into your storytelling and keep up the good work! Would love to see some updates to this game! :D

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much!

I'm really happy you enjoyed the narrative and the changing environment.  it was one of the key parts I wanted to get right!
I'm already working on some updates based on the feedback I've received, and I hope to make the game even more immersive.
Thanks again for your kind words, they mean a lot!

A really unique story game with some good animations! I like how the environment gets more difficult to manuver as time goes on, and as you uncover more of the story. Trying to piece the narrative together through the clues was also a good time. For some feedback, The overlap on the sprites is a bit off at times, with the player character clipping through objects they're supposed to be in front of. Other than that, a solid submission! Congrats!

Developer

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! I’m really glad you enjoyed the story and the challenge as the environment changes. I appreciate you pointing out the sprite overlap issues , that’s definitely something I’m working on fixing in upcoming updates. Your support means a lot, and I’m excited to keep improving the game!

This is such a cool idea! I kept running into the bug where the story stopped progressing unfortunately. My other point of feedback would be the collisions with the character made it a bit hard to move around the level.

From what I did see and then read in other comments, it's a great take on the theme and storytelling! Nice job!

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback! I really appreciate you pointing out the bug and the collision issues,  these are things I’m working hard to fix in the next update. I’m glad you liked the story and the theme approach! Your comments mean a lot and help me improve.

I'm going to follow you so I don't miss those updates, Congrats on creating such a great game in this game jam! 🙌
I'd like to ask you if you can give my game a try and give me your honest rating I'm also trying to improve it in the future

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much! I really appreciate the follow and support. Of course, I’ll definitely try your game and give you my honest feedback. Looking forward to seeing how both our games grow!

Felt like 60 seconds reatomized with a more serious story and that landed really well in my opinion.
Good job!

Developer

Thank you so much! I’m really happy the story resonated with you , that means a lot to me. I’m excited to keep working on it!

Very neat narrative idea. Not that many games weave the actual story into the loop, and your approach felt unique and interesting! I liked trying to piece together the narrative through all the interactions, good job on your submission!

Developer

Thank you so much! It means a lot to hear that, especially since I really tried to build the story through the loop itself. I’m glad you enjoyed piecing things together.  I’ll keep improving it in the next updates!

Submitted(+1)

Very creative idea, you did a really good job on that. I love that you discover more and more the story as you progress, gj :D

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much! I’m really happy to hear that you enjoyed discovering the story bit by bit,  that was exactly the feeling I was hoping to create.  It means a lot to me, especially since this is my first time trying something like this in a jam. More surprises are on the way after the update! :)

Submitted(+1)

Cant wait to see what you come up with :D

Developer(+1)

Aww thank you! I'm really excited to show you what's next :D

Cool idea and lovely artwork! One piece of feedback I could give would be that in the first few moments, I was kind of lost and didn't know what I was supposed to do. A short but interactive tutorial could have made the transition between starting the game and exploring the story smoother. Great entry, well done 👏

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much for your kind words and helpful feedback! You're totally right ,  the beginning could have used a small interactive tutorial. This was my first time trying this type of game, and I focused more on the atmosphere and mechanics. But I’ve noted your suggestion and I’ll definitely improve that part in the upcoming update after the jam. Glad you liked the artwork and concept! 😊

So I encounter the time bug same as other people. There's also some issues with the visuals not displaying correctly because of subpixelation (like rooms with purple tiles).

I like the idea of a narrative game, but I thought because it didn't lead from a beginning, it just throws you into the middle of the room with no explanation, so it's hard to connect with the story or care about the main character.

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much for taking the time to play and share your thoughts! You're right , the timer bug and visual glitches (especially the subpixelation on some tiles) are definitely things I plan to fix in the upcoming update.
As for the story, I really appreciate your honest feedback. This was my first attempt at building this kind of narrative structure, and you're right,  without a proper beginning, it’s hard to feel connected. I’m working on expanding and polishing the story flow so it feels more engaging and meaningful from the start.
Thanks again — your feedback means a lot and will help me improve!

After like 3 loops, time's stuck at 0 and I'm also stuck here. As you can see in this photo, there should be enough room to go to the right side but there are invisible colliders in those spaces. I think the bug is that some colliders are too big. Having said that, I'm enjoying the game so far and would love to see it expands. Keep making!!!

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much for your feedback!  Yes, you're absolutely right , some of the colliders are a bit too large, and there's a bug where the timer doesn't restart after a few loops. I made this game entirely on my own and ran out of time during the jam, so I couldn't fix everything in time. But I’ve taken notes of all these issues and I’m already working on an update to fix them and expand the game. Really happy you're enjoying it so far , thank you again for playing and supporting!

Submitted(+1)

Really like the idea, similar to blue prince which I enjoyed a lot. You seemed to have address any of my issues in responses to other comments so all I can say is good job!

Developer

Thank you so much! I’m really happy you enjoyed the idea , hearing it reminded you of Blue Prince made my day! I’m doing my best to improve the game based on all the feedback, so it means a lot to hear that. Thanks again for playing and leaving a comment!

I feel like this entry is a case of "lots of ideas, not enough time to get them all into the game." (Mind you, that's most of my jam entries too, lmao). The premise is interesting but I wasn't entirely sure if I was playing it correctly, and I think I 'won' but was a bit unsure of that too. I was exploring it more than really playing it. But there's an interesting concept here that could become a cool game if explored further.

Some smaller things: the hit boxes on items are quite large, making me feel like I'm walking into invisible walls, and I think a highlighting feature could help clarify if items are interactable. Also, I think I found a bug — timer went down to zero (after 3 or 4 loops) and didn't restart that time, just stayed on zero.

Developer(+1)

Thanks so much for taking the time to write such detailed feedback!  This was my first time making a game like this completely on my own, so I couldn’t get everything in the way I wanted before the deadline. You’re totally right about the things you mentioned . I’ve taken notes on all of them.

After the jam ends, I’ll be releasing an update to fix the hitbox sizes, add a clearer way to show which items are interactable, and make sure that timer bug is gone for good. I’m also planning to expand the concept with some new ideas to make it even more fun. Really appreciate you playing and sharing your thoughts,  it means a lot!

Really cool idea, going around reading the dialogues for each object and slowly piecing together the narrative is a very neat gameplay loop. The way you displayed the text could have been a bit cleaner but overall good submission - well done!

Developer

Thank you so much for the feedback!  I'm really glad you enjoyed the idea and the way the narrative comes together piece by piece. I agree about the text display.  it’s something I’ll definitely polish in the next update. I appreciate you taking the time to play and share your thoughts!

Hey, saw you in the discord. Your pixel art looks really good to me, and the character movement is so fluid, nice work! Some music & sfx would go far to enhance this in an update. Congrats on a successful jam!

Developer

Thanks a lot! I really appreciate the kind words. I definitely agree that music and sfx would add a lot. I couldn’t get them in during the jam, but they’re at the top of my list for the next update. Glad you liked the art and movement, that means a lot!

Submitted(+1)

Awesome job on everything! it is well put together :)

Developer

Thanks a lot! That really means a lot to me. I’m planning to improve the game even more after the jam and try out some new ideas!
