Really well put together for such a short time. The story was really engaging, kept me guessing the entire time. Really enjoyed the dialogue as well, I thought it was well written. I do think some of the sprites were mismatched in size and resolution, like the mansion. But otherwise it was a really fun game. Good job!

Fun game! I wish the game was a little more open with what i was able to choose. I feel like my choices at the end didn't really matter. But I understand the scope of the project is a game jam so I get it. But really fun characters and fun ending. Liked it :D
It is clear that a lot of effort went into this game, very good game and story!
Wow, I loved the strange and unsettling aesthetic of the characters when you talk to them, especially the dentist. The outside world sometimes felt a bit inconsistent artistically, and Iβm not a big fan of invisible barriers maybe placing an object there and then removing it once the area opens would have worked better. But I understand itβs a jam, and this game is more focused on exploration.
I really enjoyed the concept, very much in the style of This Is Not My Neighbor super cool, great work! It feels like you dedicated time to polishing and testing the dialogues for the different endings, and that same dedication is what we tried to put into our game as well, so feel free to give it a try!!
I loved the dialogues! Also the way you made all the suspects feel real and with their own motivation. Also was really good that you made an objective indicator! The child scared the hell aout of me lol
SPOLERS AHEAD:
Although I already know the truth, I'd love to see a bigger version in which the killer lead you to different "false culprits" paths, depending on who the player suspects and what they aim towards. It would be a even bigger gaslight, since the player already suspects it. Maybe the jam ending is the one when the killer is the main suspect!!
Anyway, nice work XD

The game is great! I like that it has a balance of humor and conciseness in it's dialogue, I really enjoyed that part of it and had fun playing this game. I will say that I wish there was a bit more interactive capabilities with the evidence, since it mostly felt like the dialogue took care of it (like just passing it off as the main character saying "I've already checked the evidence" but me as the player haven't experienced it) But I find that the game is still sufficient at making use of them.
(Also, I'm pretty sure it's not intentional but you're allowed to interrogate/talk to the suspects more than once in the 2nd day except the last one. But if that is intentional, I wish that instead of closing the conversation after 1 question/dialogue option the game would prompt me if I wanted to ask again instead of having to talk to them and go through the first few dialogues again. Otherwise, I enjoyed the writing in this section a lot!)
The twist is great, definitely a fun experience. Great work!
Wow, how can I even explain this? At first, when I opened the game, I couldnβt help but laugh at the art style, it instantly reminded me of South Park, which I thought was pretty funny and lighthearted. I was expecting a goofy little experience, but then the story slowly started to unfold, and it really caught me off guard. It goes from silly-looking to surprisingly deep very quickly.
The setting of the mansion is great, seriously, whatβs with all those clocks? It added this strange, almost unsettling atmosphere that kept me on edge, and it fit perfectly with the mystery vibe. As the characters started showing up, I found myself second-guessing everyone. Each one felt like they could be a suspect, which kept me hooked the whole time. Well, everyone except the βdumb crazy childβ, that character was so over the top that I couldnβt take them seriously, and it added a nice bit of humor in between the tension.
And the ending? Absolutely unmatched. It really surprised me, in the best way possible, and it made the whole playthrough feel worth it.
Overall, itβs a unique game that plays with expectations in the best way, and I had a lot of fun experiencing it from start to finish.
Cool game. The story is nice, characters and game style fits the theme
Great game! Very well done, nice music and story and unexpected ending! Good job!
I love the setting. The characters are entertaining. I love the art style. I only wish you could talk to them more instead of just once.
