I've been waiting for a response from support for almost a week now. Is anyone else having this type of problem?

Please make sure you read the rules before posting. No generic topics like “support isn’t working” and if you need to reference a support request then you must always include your ticket ID in the post. I’ve prioritized your ticket so you should get a response shortly.

Please read the rules of this category that say not to ask this exact question, and the many topics where people mention typical response times.

Of course, I understand, but how else can I contact support if they don't answer me on gmail

...If it takes much longer, post your ticked ID here as explained in the rules of this category, like you see other people doing.

...I said if it takes much longer, but okay, I've let our admins know.

I got a response today from my email 18 days ago.

Well, I'm waiting. It's been 12 days for me.

It's been 18 days since I contacted support. I've also been waiting for payment for 32 days. Am I banned or what?:)

If you were banned, you wouldn't be able to post here.

The problem isn't with you, but rather that the volume of people needing support far exceeds the human capacity of the Itch staff. Because of this, they don't usually respond unless necessary.

Payments were getting back to normal until the issue with NSFW games and payment methods arose.

At that point, based on what I read on Discord from people posting support IDs, the staff would be receiving hundreds of requests per hour.

The size of the Itch staff is unknown; however, my impression is that the Itch staff can be counted on one hand. (This is based on the response times I've seen over several years, random comments I've read, and the staff I've seen on Discord, and, above all, on the number of paid games and the percentage of revenue Itch could actually have, which would be the limiting factor when hiring people.)

So no, it's not that you've been banned, it's simply that you're one of many people who needs staff "time," and they simply don't have the resources to handle all of these requests in a timely manner.
