Made passionately with Logic Pro X by Evelina. Composed in 3 days.
"Cold Waves" is a series of 5 micro-tracks, conjoined for a better listening experience.
Story :
L. is a young woman who struggles with anxiety and overthinking. Her mind is as vast as the sea, her emotions as deep and cold as the ocean’s floor. Her anxious thoughts keep coming in waves and are difficult to deal with. Like a sailor caught in a storm, she finds it difficult to stay afloat when the water turns colder and the waves hit harder. Fortunately, it’s only a matter of time until she realizes that she has always been safe.
> 1. Familiar Place
L. have been "dropped off by the sea" by E.
She needs a moment to breathe so she gets close to this familiar place… (the sea reflects her own state of mind)
> 2. Second Thoughts
Deep memories, dangerous black fish swimming around, the light fades in a vast uncertainty and L. is loosing clarity.
> 3. Sinking
(short) It’s a long fall, into a lost space, as a transition between the bad and the good. Falling deep doesn’t always mean you will be hurt in the landing.
> 4. Swimming to the Horizon
Anxiety & fear resolves when she understands that she's in control of her thoughts and that she can handle what’s happening. She’s on her way to be back to peace.
> 5. Back to Reality
After a little time spend alone, she find a moment of inner peace, As the daydream fades, clarity returns. Suddenly, she comes back to herself — and continues on her way.

I absolutely love the sound design and storytelling in this soundtrack! Some moments that stood out for me were the bells at 1:56 and everything between 2:50 to 4:05. I want to hear more of this soundtrack, and it would certainly elevate the game it would be made for. Awesome work!

It really does just feel like 1 multi-sectioned track. The sound design is very good. I particularly like the seagull sounds.
stunning atmosphere and the use of open space/reverb, each note leaves me lingering on waiting for what to come next. the vocal/choir pads just add so much more to an already beautiful soundscape, and did i mention the bass work ?!?!? incredible job here holy cow!!!!
The ambience of this soundtrack is stellar. I could imagine this being the focal point of a short film surrounding the story you’ve created. I really like the way you composed all 5 parts in one continuous storyline. It works really well to keep the flow moving forward. My absolute favorite moment is the breath and bass drop right at 0:40. Though I do also love the echoey vocals as well. You do a wonderful job painting complex emotions with relatively few musical components. This is really wonderful and I really enjoyed listening. Thank you for sharing!

That music just left me stand in awe since the first second and never let me go. So warm, emotionally deep and with that little extra magical glistening in the background. I loved listening to every second.

Wow, this OST... it's breathtakingly beautiful and so incredibly artistic, with every sound placed with such great care, purpose, and finesse. Listening to this felt like I was getting to enjoy a masterfully crafted artisan dessert, which when I bite down, gives a satisfying crunch, then just melts into my mouth and blows away my palate. What a wonderful submission. I loved listening to every moment of this. It kind of transcended music, and was more of a sensory experience to me, thanks so much for sharing this!

I can't think of anyone else I know that does a better job integrating sound design into your music. The quality of the production is incredible and the composition very intriguing. I also love the way the songs fade into each other. It made it feel more like a cohesive experience. 10/10 as usual. Great work!
