[Art][Paid] Looking for Blender/Daz artists for 3DCG AVN (NSFW)

Project:
Sanctuary Protocol, a scifi-fantasy mystery 3DCG AVN.
Currently in the writing process, we're just starting development, I am not able to share spoilers for the storyline without a signed NDA or work contract.

Developer:
We're a newly formed studio of 3 people, recruiting artists for our 3D team.
Among those people is a famous webnovel writer, looking to scale up to a larger project, joining me, and a close associate of mine. We have two developers with very strong Computer Science backgrounds, writing and business experience.
A central render server will be provided with an abundance of GPU computing power and VRAM (including a 96GB GPU, among others), which you can upload jobs to for the final renders, so your workflow isn't interrupted by render time.

Looking for:
We're looking for 3D artists primarily proficient in Blender and optionally DAZ3D. The final renders will be done in Blender, but characters and assets may be sourced from DAZ.
The initial target is two to three paid 3D artists taking ownership of our 3D pipeline. Even if you're proficient in only character design and posing, OR only environment design and lookdev, we'd love to talk.

Employment Type:
This is a PAID role with additional conditional equity in the company after one year of strong work with performance targets hit. Both are up for negotiation.
We're looking for contract based work at the start, paid monthly or biweekly.

Work commitment:
This is a long term commitment, we'd love to have you as a permanent, full time member of our studio, after an initial probation period to see if we're a good fit for each other.
We're aiming for an April start for the 3D team.

Preferred method of contact:
Discord: private20

Job Description:
Below are all the responsibilities we are looking to fill, but not all by a single person.
Let us know which of these you would like to work on:

  • Own and apply the project “look bible” and render consistency.
  • Build and maintain reusable templates, rigs, presets, and environment kits.
  • Create and apply location and mood lighting rigs.
  • Set and follow cinematic camera language and AVN shot coverage rules.
  • Produce complex and hero shots (establishers, key beats, hard lighting).
  • Produce most shots from the shot list using the established pipeline.
  • Do character performance: posing, expressions, eye-lines, staging.
  • Maintain continuity: hair, outfits, accessories, story-state changes.
  • Fit/adjust wardrobe and fix clipping/deformation issues.
  • Do set dressing and light kitbash/prop integration from the asset library.
  • Diagnose and fix shading, artifacts, and asset integration problems.

Hi There!

(My ArtStation includes multiple game ready projects I’ve created but not all)

Hello! I’m a 3D artist experienced with Blender based pipelines focusing on character posing lighting and polished final renders for narrative projects. I’m comfortable working with look bibles maintaining visual consistency and producing hero shots and shot list content. I collaborate well in small teams and can take ownership of specific parts of the 3D pipeline long term. Which area do you need the most help with right now character performance, environments/lookdev or lighting and final renders?
