That was a blast! And an impressive technical achievement!!

Strafing around was really fun and I liked the bomberman gameplay.

Great vibe, great theming. I think the controls are a bit esoteric? z+x to strafe and 1-4 for bombs is a weird pick. That said, I don't know if you picked those specifically to emulate old school controls.

Really cool otherwise! I did blow myself up a few times :(

This does a REALLY good job of conveying the "vibe" it's going for. It feels like a 90s computer game in all the right ways. Sorry this isn't the best way to put it but it feels like it is being exactly what it wants to be lol.

Interesting concept! Kinda like Soul Hackers exploration but a bit slower and with Bomberman mechanics. Overall, I really liked your game's presentation.

Seriously so good. I struggled a little bit with the placement mechanics (I think I was expecting the bomb to snap to the middle of the tile rather than have free placement), but after I locked in I just kept going. Dropping a red bomb and then having to hightail it out of there right before getting blown to bits and pieces had me going every time. So much fun!

A little more feedback (like a little audio buzz or shake) when trying to place a bomb incorrectly would probably help. I think I was mistaking an inaccurate placement of my bomb for the game eating my input or something glitchy happening. A little feedback would help let me know I did something wrong!

Top tier!

Liked the visual and sound, character has really clean and smooth movement.

The mechanic of red bomb, red and blue chips adding more variants of gameplay, and finding this items and treasures ofc was really interesting.

As improvements for future I think ai of enemies may be more similar to Pac-Man for adding some difficulties to player walking on map.

Also I really liked assets and animations of mushrooms, they are awesome.

Thank you for done work, it was interesting to play your game!

I would be glad if you test my game, too) That's my second gamejam, I had a lot of fun and hard time :D

Idk, its really funny asset :D

Nice job! Creating something like this completely from scratch is super impressive. The controls were a little weird, probably because I'm on mac and ctrl does some weird stuff, and I could only make it to level 4. Other than that, this was really fun!

creating this 3D game with pixel art is so unique and all the animations are done perfectly. The minimap you added is clutch. Gameplay is also spectacular after you've figured everything out. Overall this is a top tier submission.

Very cool! The aesthetic is very charming, and despite thinking the controls were weird at the beginning, they actually turned out to be very good!!

The game is absolutely perfect. Congratulations!

I like the look a lot, would be nice to put this look towards some of my 'alchemy' style puzzle/game play.  Overall I felt like I was in a 3D world/place and liked finding what there was to find around the corners.

This is the 2nd game with a similar look to another I've already found - Wall Bomber feels/looks like a DOOM/Wolfenstein feel, whereas another game similar to yours has a Minecraft look, but also a doom feel.  Perhaps be sure to check each other's out.  Wow, another puzzler maze - I wish my look/feel had this 3d FPS style, that combined with some level editor and more 'alchemy' type positions in the maze would be something to get lost playing.

Nice job.   I'll seriously consider adding a view to my game.  It has 50 levels and is a grid based maze puzzler that might adapt well to a First Person view like you have.

Great artstyle and music, reminded me of Wolfenstein and Barony!

Controls take a bit getting used to, once you start abusing Z+X and strafing then movement is more fun. You also spend a lot of time moving back which is slow.

The levels also get too big.
