Heyy I'd really like some feedback on how I could improve my skills! This is my game. I've already rated your game and I loved it!

Submitted

I really enjoyed it!

Submitted

Hey thank you so much for playing my game!

While not 100% a puzzle game It does have a bit of a puzzle element by creating a build good as possible and playing your cards carefully so you're able to survive the next round.

Feel free to try Swine Safari 馃惤:/jam/brackeys-15/rate/4310503

No download required! Easy to play in your browser.

Thanks for the link, I love card-roguelike games so this was right up my alley!

Here is ours - a hand-drawn puzzle game with a mysterious story:) We would gladly appreciate feedback!:)

Woah! This is gorgeous :) Played for 10 minutes or so, but I will go back and finish this when I have time. I saw it was a little longer, But I'm absolutely hooked :D

Submitted

Ah so great to hear!:) I think gameplay should be about 30 min (up to 60min) - depending on how interested you are in reading the story and fast to solve puzzles:)

I'm very proud of our comedy puzzle game about assembling weird floor plans. I'd be happy to play & rate MonoChroma too!

Very happy to play yours!

Our game is mainly an adventure game, but it does have a little puzzle section too. Hope you enjoy it!

Here's our game: /jam/brackeys-15/rate/4311528

It was very charming! Well done :)

I game I actually liked on the game jam.  well thought out, simple and straight forward mechanics, and yet enough joy adn exploratioin to try again and again, for those puzzle levels :)

We made a cozy spear fishing game set in space. Alot of our time was spend on the art, their effects and the custom music, not to mention how weird and funny Our fishes and their names are.  Please give our a try.

Cozy and gorgeous game! Time well spent on art and sound design, really well made :) The mechanics had a good feel to them but I was not very good at catching fishes haha xD Riktigt bra!

Nice, I can both give a link to our game hoping for some reviews and explore the list of submissions here as well ! I love puzzle games (and also am starting to build a grudge against 3D platformers as I explore submissions).

We lacked time to make more intricate/interesting puzzles, but perhaps that's for the better, we don't want to spend 4h rating each game ^^"

Hopefully it's enjoyable !

Oh, and please do let me know if you get to the end ! we spent quite some time on the final sequence. It's right after the very first (and only) "challenging" puzzle (I hope the challenge comes from the level design and not from our poor implementation of a seesaw)

Submitted

I thought the light-electricity-rain-magnet puzzle was interesting and intricate enough to make a fun challenge. Part of that was figuring out the mechanics, but it was fun doing so. Perhaps with more levels/puzzles it would need something more intricate eventually as you said, but for this it was a fun level of difficulty.

I did get to the end! The seesaw puzzle was well implemented I think. Maybe a little finicky with the timing of when the sheep counts as being on it, but nothing too bothering.

Submitted

So you got to the end and saw our little easter egg ! awesome !
I think you were luck with the seesaw, in the game's final state it seems to be still possible (unlikely but possible) to get softlocked there. Anyway, it's not our proudest design, we believe for a puzzle puzzle to be good the solution should be hard to find, not to implement...

Submitted

Well, it's not fully a puzzle game, it's more of a platformer with some puzzle elements

Thanks for sharing! Even with so many switch-gravity-direction games I have seen in the jam so far, this one felt really unique. Well done!

Would you like to try a GeoGuessr inspired game but if it was a horror game with a story and an ending? The puzzle element is when you try to figure out where on the map you are to both survive, and to find your next destination

Thanks for sharing, it was lots of fun! My skill and reaction time to rotate is a bit lacking but it's a very fun mechanic, saved it to play more later :)

I dont know if  its a bug or I just cant figure out the right button to press, but I cant get further whenever there is a dialoge/text. On the first screen I am able to jump past the trigger but I get stuck on the second one, Am I doing something wrong?

Submitted

It should automatically allow you to move as soon as the dialogue finishes. I have not seen this issue before but someone commented something somewhat similar. The way the dialogue works is while it's playing, you can't input anything but when it's done, full control is resumed. At least that's the intent

Submitted

Here's our game if you like deduction style puzzle games inspired by Return of the Obra Dinn. /jam/brackeys-15/rate/4293871

I liked it alot! The clues and difficulty felt really well balanced. I did need hints for the man on the counter, but I think it was mostly because I had not found the right words yet.

Submitted

Our entry (Twin Sides) is a puzzle/exploration game. I hope you'll enjoy giving it a try.

Thanks! Very creative mechanics, and I liked the difficulty both in solving where to go and needing som timing skill in movement/jumping
