Nice platformer, controls are smooth.
At first, when I was playing I haven't fully discovered mechanic with moving mouse to see other side of the room, to locate switches and traps, so just by jumping on different platforms I've turned on the lift and went ahead, it repeated up until I've reached 3rd floor when I lost immediately. Once I've discovered it was very helpful ahead. Though I wonder if you should make objects interactable if they were discovered, but not sure if there was an intent to allow for passing without discovering.
Really good job for a first jame!

How does the game fit the theme?
Abandoned Buildings are strange and full of mysteries, what was there before? what happened there? what items could you find there? etc etc.. but they become even more strange when you're blind, with psychic prowesses.
Sight Unseen is a game about a blind girl exploring an abandoned building, she can't see the real world, but she has psychic prowess allowing her to see the edgy and sketchy world that the normal human-being's not able to see.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Everything was made from scratch apart from audio that was taken from audio libraries.
It was our first ever game jam for each of us and we had a lot of fun!

Many things are really well done in this game. I enjoyed the atmosphere a lot, and I really like how you expanded the “strange” theme into the player’s sense of curiosity by making them look into the area for clues that was an amazing idea. I just wish I could play it a bit more!
got a friend request on discord from the artist unexpectantly and am curious if this is a very clever marketing trick or a genuine mistake- honestly big plus if it's marketing, that's a very important skill for an artist to have! onto the game- the artstyle is absolutely wonderful and i love the gimmick of only being able to see certain areas. it felt very polished and fun and the level design was well laid out, i felt like i was able to learn about the gameplay even without a tutorial! main downside (and this is just very common with indie platformers, so dont stress!) is that it feels very awkward to use space to jump in 2d platformers when using a+d to go side to side- especially when the actual movement feels so refined! i understand w+s were reserved for the elevator, but maybe something to keep in mind going forward :D overall a wonderful little platformer- the art was lovely and had a beautiful sense of style, and despite my own issues with the space=jump, the platforming felt nice to control!! excellent job on your first jam guys!
Wow! Awesome game. Loved the atmosphere and the catch, having a second "layer" of the universe hidden away is a super cool concept and the visuals are super unique and polished. Overall great experience!
I like the atmosphere this game creates, the art, audio and gameplay work really well together!
Enjoyed this! Felt very polished for a jam game, especially for your first: good art, sound, movement feel etc. Thought the look of the other world worked really well.
Hope you keep doing jams in the future!
I was looking for games with nice original art and yours caught my eye, I really loved the atmosphere and the concept. The mechanic was so cool, I would have loved even more hidden messages to tell me something about the story of this girl or the building she is exploring. Congrats on your first jam! :D
CRAZY GOOD GAME. The flashlight mechanic was so cool (and oddly the 2nd game with a flashlight mechanic that replied to mine lol). It felt like an coolmath game in the best way. I can just imagine myself going to the computer lab and trying to beat all 50 levels everyday
The torch-like mechanic seems like a great way to work with the theme. That abandoned house sure is strange! I could certainly see the potential. Platforming felt nice and responsive. Great work!
Loved the visuals and the secret ability - cool concept! The jump being so high was really satisfying to play and the was really on theme too!
Love how bouncey when the player jumps. Overall concept is neat and fits the theme, well done!
Simple and tasteful =)
It was pretty cool. I wish there were more challenging puzzles, but in any case, great job! (Very cool art, by the way.)
I really like the graphics on this one, very, very nice. The gameplay could use a little more work esspecially around the platforming controls. Adding some QoL features would make it really excellent.
9/10 :D
I love the gameplay and the idea! Solid gameplay and a definitely a strange place!
I really like the concept, third eye on platformer was very clever and fun to play! Your artstyle is also very nice, well done!
