Overall I think I give this a decent 6/10, the transformations are interesting, and fun in concept and the base foundations is really good. My negative for this game is the very simple fact that it's basically just a loose collection of five word sentences scattered about. While much harder, and more time consuming I really wish there was more girth to some of these tfs. The one I felt the most about was the "Role Swap" tf with this update, where you go to a girl, and she's sucked everything out of you making you a generic npc girl. This alone is pretty hot and fun...but then it just ends. It would be 10000x better if there was a mini or hell a full side mission on restoring yourself. This constantly happens, and it's irrating, Hell just doing custom scenes or making the bad ends do more then a few text boxes would bump this game up so much.  The foundations are there but simply put there is not enough width to it. Let us play around with these tfs, let us see more of a bad end for tfs do something more than a single sentence.

The other thing I am also disliking of but not a major issue of shoving a self-insert character in. Just not a fan of that on a personal level just I find a bit meh. Like it's your game, your story, but it's just a "Really? and you're making yourself an important main character as well?" Just not something I enjoy, but not an issue.

Another note, there seems to be a bug that I can't explain how it happened but I constantly got two yellow and one red pens, but never the green pen. I had to hack open the game to give myself the green pen.

There's actually two Yellow Pen spawns, the Green Pen encounter is a separate one in the far right room on the first floor.

where do you get all the 3 needec pens to get the ke

I agree to a certain extent, but something to remember is that this is very early and also not every tf needs to have a full section of the game relating to that; like just because you get a role swap tf, the concept would be assumed that you forgot everything, and you would just live out an npc life, so needing to see that shouldn't be stretched out into a side mission as the point is it's a bad end, maybe adding a cutscene of you going through the day as a normal student could help with that fleshing out but again, it seems like too much to ask for every tf to deserve it's own side mission or story derailment.

Eh, I don't think that it would be too much to ask to give a bit more to each TF.

Of course, not ALL of them would need to have a full playable Event after it. Things like Inanimate ones make sense to end quickly. But having a minute or two of a fun Event for a TF Bad End, and maybe short playable sections for those that would fit having one, would improve the game quite a bit.

Being able to play while being TFd is one of the main attractives of TF Games after all.
