Amazing work! I really enjoy this puzzle game :) For a short game jam, the mechanics and art are impressive and well-executed. I love the puzzles for each area. The art direction is excellent, both for the characters and the environments. The animation transition from winter to spring is beautifully done. The sound design is also does a really good job. Keep up the great work!
I like this game (even though I don't usually like this genre). Graphics are nice and cute, the idea is great, the cozy spring vibes and shifring reality vibes are great!
Small notes on controls. Character moves a little bit too slow, maybe add a sprint button or just increase speed? Also it's kinda confusing that puzzle piecs alignes with the isometric axis but the character moves in the flat axis so to align the character with a puzzle pieces, you need to press two buttons at the same time to move diagonally from the camera perspective but aligned with the ismetric axis (dunno if I word it comprehendably, sry).
Your work is great, the game feels completed and looks very pretty!
I really liked this game! The puzzles felt very natural and were challenging. The character was quite cute. I think the 'shifting reality' concept was applied nicely.
The game has a very adorable character, which is animated very well! The 3D models in your game are absolutely fantastic, and the transition from winter to spring is superb! I couldn't finish the game; unfortunately, it was very hard to tell where the objects should be based on the photos. Maybe make it top-down only during puzzle time or maybe some sort of indication to the tile it should go to? The puzzles are nice and challenging, and it's really amazing the fact you pulled all of this in 3 days. Genuinely an amazing game, and you should be proud!
Thank you very much! I agree, the visuals turned out really great.
Regarding the difficulty with the photos, it was mostly due to a lack of time to more carefully place clear reference points in the images or find the best camera angles. During development, we actually tried a top-down camera for the puzzle sections, but we decided against it because it significantly hurt the visuals. The animations and models started to look too flat and less appealing.
Very cute character models and genuinely challenging puzzles! Very fun :)
Really appreciate it!
Simple, enjoyable, you pick your puzzle and pacing, interesting way to tell story I Enjoyed the overall experience!
