Nice little tic-tac-toe variation, you catched the shifting reality in a creative way and the visuals are simple but nice. Well done!

It’s basically a spring-themed tic-tac-toe, and honestly, it works perfectly fine as that. The game completely delivers what it promises, and everything functions smoothly.

The only real criticism I have is with the difficulty settings. Right now, there doesn’t seem to be much noticeable difference between easy and hard mode because both feel extremely easy. In hard mode especially, the AI rarely tries to block obvious winning plays, so most of the time I could place three suns in a line almost immediately and win within the first few moves regardless of the selected difficulty.

That said, the game itself is well programmed and works properly, so that’s already a strong point for a jam project.

I also think it was a smart choice not to overcomplicate the visuals. The sun, moon, and interface sprites are simple but clean and readable, which fits the game perfectly.

I liked the game; it was a very simple game of tic-tac-toe but with twists! I enjoyed playing it, and I liked that it's a more challenging and fun version of the classic game! I love the switch-up between the day and night, and the music really captivated the intensity of the game. I would love to see more features implemented, possibly a bigger board instead of a 3x3 grid? Regardless, you did an awesome job!

Very cute game, found myself playing it a few times to see if I could beat it in different ways. The text suits the game well and the art style you chose matches with the rest of the UI elements. This is a fun take on tic-tac-toe. I liked the choice of music, and having to strategize with losing your spots is fun. Good job with your first game jam, and I hope you continue in the future!

Good work! The slight tweak to the children's game we all know is pretty interesting and the presentation overall is very clean.

I think the transition from day/night and vice versa is a great opportunity to communicate more to the player. Throw in some audio cue(s) and animation letting the player know that the board is rotating/pieces are swapping and I think it would be fun to watch happen.

this is super cool! i made it a challenge to myself not to "win" but to try to keep the game going as long as i could. this might be a fun metric to add: how many "days" (day/night cycles) you can sustain in a single game's play, instead of winning the classic way. very enjoyable :)

Tic-Tac-Toe 2 just dropped! Cool twist on mechanics, makes it much more engaging than the original. Overall vibe is also very pleasing with clean art and music. Good job! Could be improved with some indication on which suns and moons are the oldest, plus some kind of countdown to night/day switch.
