Cute! Really like the pixel art and the idea that carrying more gold makes you slower is something that you could definitely expand on! Would love to see more ^^

Cool game! I gave the windows build a try and I noticed the speed tradeoff with the forbidden book which is interesting. Wish there's a bit more stuff to do though but regardless, a good foundation if you'd like to work on it further!

I attempted to try your game out but it didnt appear to give me anything but a blank screen...I'd love to check it out in the future if you have a post jam version!
I'm very sorry about that! The HTML5 version is currently broken (blank screen). Please try downloading the Windows version instead, it runs perfectly! Thank you so much for trying the game, and I hope you enjoy it! I'll try to fix the web version as soon as possible.
I press "Run Game" and it's just a blue screen. Game didn't load for me :(
