Typing sound effect is very satisfying. Some small things like upgrades being replaced with the next one instead of each being separate on the long list would be nice, and the fact when you're typing a word the gnomes sometimes type what you were about to. These would be nice to design around. Once you get it going though it's nice watching all the words fall down and get eaten up! It's such a good idea making an incremental game out of something as simple as this.
im typing this with one hand to practice for my next playthrough. wish me luck.
good twist and had fun playing it. nice job!
I really like this as an unique twist on a typing game by making you type with your non dominant hand! although i think to even out the challenge, maybe you could include an option to flip the game for left handed people haha.
I like that the little gnomes want to help me and the sprite work of them and the keyboard is very nice. especially like the way the words fall into a pile and that letters you type effect all words in the pile that's a nice touch I haven't seen before in a typing game! The upgrades are decent and seem to fit into the theme in a clear straight forward way.
I like that you have included a sound effect for the gnomes jumping on the keyboard that's cute idea however it starts to feel a little bit annoying after a while so I would suggest having more of mix of sounds it makes and to turn the volume down a little bit. would also be nice to have some music too.
Good Job! : )
had a blast with this one, i can type pretty fast on either hand so it felt really satisfying. the gnomes are charming (not really) too. chef's kiss. great game
Jokes on you, I am left handed lol! Fun game, gnome supremacy rise! Good job!
Good, I don't have anything to say
So, I basically monkey-tested keyboard for the win, lol! Neat simple game, and these little helper gnomes reminds me of Baltic and Scandinavian folklore!
the typing was crisp! fun idea and the gnome jumping was hillarious
Really fun and satisfying game! Creative idea! Love that all the words can be typed using only left hand. The gnome overtook the typing role eventually, though.
Very creative idea! I could genuinly see this concept as a way of practicing typing. Amazing job! Only small criticisms I have is that the gnomes eventually do all the work, and the scroll UI on the upgrades should be smoothed instead of instant. All in all, amazing entry!
It's a simple game. Kind of cheesed it by using both hands tbh... Maybe if there was like a box container on where the cursor should be so my right hand would be absolutely locked to the required container... But for a day jam with the cute little gnomes, this is a great short incremental game
The audio was very satisfying. I think the game is a good start for an incremental game and could be a lot of fun if fleshed out more.
Its funny because I added only one sound with randomized pitch =)
Fun idea, but it was a little frustrating when the gnomes would type letters out from under you. It might be cool to have a 'manually typed only' word (maybe off to the side, or in a box), that only you can type. Incremental games often have ways to give the manual clicks a big boost, and it would help a bit here.
Overall fun entry.
Dividing words into groups - is one of the first things I gonna do next. Words for gnomes, and words for a player - cause players wants to type . Or maybe the skill tree will divide into "boost your typing" and "gnomes can type your words" to support both styles of gameplay.
Smooth game and nice, satisfying progression. Curious where it could go after this scale-wise. Well done!
I had a very fun time playing this game
funny concept! initially i was confused with the shop layout but quickly over it once the gnomes appear. connection to the theme could be deeper, but overall enjoyable play
Really cool ! love the little gnomes dum dum dum doum dam
Really fun game, got all the upgrades which felt really satisfying to do. Felt like the theme interpretation could be more deep, maybe incorrect input cost money to have more "costs". Overall enjoyed playing your game
Really creative and funny idea. I like the gnomes and the upgrades feel impactful. The upgrade UI could use some polish but it got the job done. Nice work!
pretty well made game but i dont really see much how that relates to the theme, maybe if i play it for longer i will find out
