cool idea!  i liked the music!

would you like to try my game?

This was a pleasant surprise! Fighting the bean enemies was fun and satisfying. At first I thought it was maybe a bit too punishing with money loss, but once I realized I could go balls to the wall with swinging I actually ended up pretty far. Deflecting bullets was a nice addon. Maybe I just didn't make it far enough, but some  upgrades or progression in some way would be a great addition. Nice job!

This was super fun! Loved the music, the opening comic, dashing around and deflecting bullets is badass. It's a little jank (especially the game starting in the background before you have a chance to read the tutorial), but I had a blast. Would love to see this idea fleshed out and polished more!

Damn this is really cool, I enjoyed this! The little comic at the start is really funny and charming and the gameplay is also very fun!

I did notice that during the tutorial the game didn't pause so I got killed before I started the game. Also, a win condition would've been nice, right now there is seemingly no end to the game.

Overall really good work though!!

Cool game, I just feel the drain from time is a bit too fast. Either I die from playing too aggressively, or die from the time because I was playing too safe. The attack range felt super short, and I think making it a bit larger may make things a bit more fun, rewarding aggressive play while not being too punishing. Cool game though, I quite liked the comic and concept of a machine that runs on money!

Thank you for playing my game. I really appreciate your feedback. I’ll work on improving the game’s difficulty balancing in future projects

I love this game! I feel like a scoring system would be nice, maybe a time spent alive, but I think the art, the sounds, and the movement is really fun! I also really enjoyed the mini comic as well!

Pretty cool game! I love the juice you added into the game with the feedback of when hitting the enemies. I do find the controls for the attack a bit awkward though, perhaps a bit more forgiveness in the attack would make it better? Still a fun one! Great work!

Thanks! There were still a few features I wanted to add

Good job on Submitting the Game!

Here's some feedback:

The game interpretation being life cost you money thus you slowly die if you don't get some is pretty weak and makes the game rather frustrating. I wish the only way to lose money was the slow burn, and not the enemies, it trivialises the interpretation even more !

The gameplay is kind of dull and jank, it's so hard to gauge whether you are going to dodge a hit or not, which adds to the frustration...

The music and sound effects are quite nice!

The art is decent as well!

The game has some polish features (like the menu button text) that felt really annoying to me, too bad...

Also I wish I did not have to see the tutorial everytime I die.

Kind of a miss for me, but good job still!

I really appreciate your feedback. The idea behind continuously losing health was to keep the player constantly engaged in action, but the execution could have been better. There were a few changes I wanted to make, but I couldn’t finish them because of the time limit. Thank you for the detailed review—I’ll definitely work on those points. And thanks again for playing the game!
