Thanks for the submission, I like the concept and that it gives you lots of opportunities to build out the story of the town! Glad to have it in the bundle.
Since I looked through it anyway here's a bit of feedback.
I think the way the final resolution and fatigue work could maybe use a bit of improvement. It seems like you can just use and repeat the drafting action over and over to get rid of some without consequences, making fatigue as a whole seem kind of pointless.
And the final resolution being one roll, with one being a face card for 11, makes succeeding or figuring things out tough regardless of any of the game leading up to it, which I find a little bit unsatisfying. And the stat that cant be used for this roll should never be +2 as a result.
The actions are a bit lackluster too with only 5 and some of them kind of bleeding together for me.
This final bit of critique is all personal, I'm sure other people would have the opposite opinion,
But in a game like this part of the fun is discovering the answer, rather than writing it yourself, so I would personally like more concrete prompts of things in the village that relate to the mystery or details of the lives of the people there.
Absolutely no worries! I saw a post on bluesky about it and thought I'd offer my game as I think this is for a really good cause :)
Thank you so much for your feedback! I really appreciate it!! I definitely could have done a lot more with the game & system it's built off if I had more time - I was on a bit of a crunch to get it made for an upcoming event and I wanted to try and keep to the SRD and format (trifold leaflet) as much as I could. That said yeah, I largely agree with your comments and will keep them in mind when/if i return to this because there are certainly weak points in how I translated the mechanics.
As for the final resolution I made it an unlikely roll on purpose, which I acknowledge IS unfair XD I think I was going more for those ambiguous endings that are present in a lot of what acted as inspiration (Silent Hill, Everyone's Gone to the Rapture and The Forgotten City).
I 100% agree with you on being more descriptive - I was kinda pushing my luck making the town guide/prompts leaflet with my time constraints but I had wanted to do waaay more than what I could fit in the trifold haha! If I find the time i'd love to make another leaflet possibly covering some mysteries and adding more actions perhaps!
Many thanks again, I appreciate the time you took to look

Awsome! It definitely works as is, but tell me if you ever try and update it so I can check it out, and welcome to the jam!
