Hello fellow trains enjoyers.
I enjoyed the game, especially the art. It was quite polished for a 10 day game jam.
Great game! Like the art and mechanics, tutorial was good and was enough for me to feel confident going into the regular game!
Thank you very much! Happy to hear you enjoyed your time with our game. Best of luck with yours!
The hand-drawn images look very charming but sadly there is no Linux version to play...
Sorry about that Heckert, we'll see if we can provide a Linux version in the near future.
Cutee game! I love the artstyle and the mechanics are quite fun! Though I do wish there is a more intuitive way to toggle, delete and place the tracks. I'm a bit dumb at times so I would love to have a look at the controls every now and then so just having the controls on the corner of the screen would definitely be nice. Other than that, I had fun with this game, great work!
Hey, that's fair feedback, we appreciate it. We can look into options for displaying the controls at the bottom or side of the screen in the unused real estate. Thank you for playing!
The game is very cute and the artstyle adorable. I think the 60sec cap would not have been necessary (or could increase with every passenger picked up), I'd like more time to build my little train empire :)
In some tries the map took a while to load (the timer of the first passenger was already 3/4), sometimes it didn't. It would be nice to be able to place multiple tiles of the same tile without reselecting and for example cancel the selection with right click.
A highscore-screen before the game closes would be nice. Overall I think that could be a nice cozy game to expand upon. Nice submission!
Hi! You receive a little bit of extra time with each passenger that you successfully return to Central Station. So you earn gold when picking them up from the satellite stations (passengers purchasing their ticket lets say lol) and then you earn score points and time when they reach their destination. But yes, game balance is definitely something we well be paying close attention to after the jam's voting window closes today. As well as considering other feedback, the high score screen is on our list for example! Thank you for playing our game and taking your time to comment!
Wow the graphics!!! Love that hand-drawn look. I was trying out Mac-based games... the aesthetics for this is gorgeous! Yes the spawning of the stations was fast. Maybe something the player can tune? Would help the newbie. Hahaha.
Hello! Thanks for your feedback and for playing our game. Yes, game balance is a common reaction we are getting at the moment. It's definitely on our radar for after the jam's voting window closes. Along with a new game mechanic, purchasing additional trains! Please check back soon.
Look forward to that 😄
Cute game! I feel like passengers spawn too quickly and I'm not able to keep up with building tracks and changing arrows. But I like the idea and I feel like if it were more balanced, it would be really fun as a mobile game!
I really appreciate you taking some of your time to play our game and provide feedback. We will be taking a look at the game's balance after the voting period. A mobile version where you can tap to add/toggle tiles is definitely an interesting thought!
Fun little indie game that feels like a train-themed sim/management hand-drawn version of Dorfromantik. I'd suggest applying some more balancing to the progression of the map/difficulty, so it stays fulfilling to build your railway network and see it grow while keeping the cosy atmosphere (at the moment, the player experience orbits a bit more towards "I need to manage this quickly so that my train doesn't crash due to a wrongly turned arrow, and I'm a bit stressed because I'll keep missing people reaching their destinations"). I think that focusing on the player experience over time would help a lot with making this even more cosy - Keep the good work!
Thanks a lot for your feedback! We will be looking at adding some new game mechanics (such as purchasing additional trains) and tuning the game balance after the game jam voting window ends.
Sadly, there’s no download for Linux but I rated your game because I really like train games and especially the hand-drawn art. Good work!
Would you rate and play mine?
Thanks a lot Plif. I’d be happy to play and rate your game when I have a chance later today! As for a Linux version of our game, I’ll talk to my team and see if there’s anything we can do.
It would be nice if you’d rate my game. Did you already? And I’m curious about the Linux version.
Hello again, yes I played and rated your game now. Nice solo project you have there. I struggle a bit to see the connection to the game jam's theme (no pun intended). Also, the ball properly going into the hole detection is a bit hit and miss maybe? I took a couple of shots from close to the hole with the power bar pretty much empty and the ball still went over the hole instead of going in.
Can you please tell me if you played mobile or desktop and with mouse, touch or keys?
Desktop with a mouse
Nice, it's pretty fun to play this game. I like the aesthetics and mechanics very much. One thing, the stations spawns pretty fast, you should slow their spawn. Other than that, it's a pretty great game overall.
Thank you so much! And yes, I agree. It goes from 0-100 really quickly at the moment haha. We will be looking into fine-tuning the balance of the game.
If you can, adding a gameplay video might help so others can rate your game based on that, lots of people are not willing to download exe, that could help to get more reviews.
Thank you for that advice! We will get right on that.
Oh rats, I wanted to play but my computer is too OLD.

I like the name... It reminds me of the Simpsons. 😉🚂
Ah, shucks. I'm talking with one of the co-developers. Maybe we can do something after the voting's done. I run Windows, so I'm not really sure how to get the Mac export without getting into the SKD weeds.
Thanks for checking us out.
No worries.
FYI - With the Unity Editor, my computer can run version 6.2 and below, but not 6.3 and up. So I suppose it's the same requirements when you export the game. 🤷♂️
Great concept! And hand drawn arts are smth special!
Thank you, thank you. The art was a "let me see how I can make it look like a crayon" attempt.
Cheers.
do you mean it is not really hand drawn on paper and somehow scanned/digitalized? you mean you did it originally using technologies not real crayon? wow
Oh I understand your first post now. It's digital..
It was inspired my daughter drawing with crayons but I don't have a scanner. So I had to take it in a drawing app. I did use an old tablet so I was "hand drawing" but not in the physical sense.
Nice concept overall — the road linking feels really satisfying and well designed. The gameplay loop is fun and smooth. The only issue I had was that when too many passengers started spawning at once, it got a little confusing to manage everything. But aside from that, it’s a really cool game with a great foundation.
Thank you so much for trying our game and commenting! We just published a version with several bug fixes so I recommend you try it again if you'd like :) But yes, the game quickly spirals from cozy tile placement to a dexterity game requiring you to balance tile placement and toggling of directions while picking up the passengers haha.
Thank you for giving it a go and sharing your experience. Definitely a transition from cozy to "ahaha what to do."
It was a blast to be part of the Jam!
