figuring out where to go and what to do was a pretty fun process. Once I discovered all of the consoles, I realized I was supposed to plug them into the battery at the starting area. I had no problem figuring this out, but a better signpost would be good to lead players into noticing the main battery being the central objective. Other than that, it's short and fun.
Thank you for playing our game ! You're totally right ! Thank you for taking the time to figure it out by yourself and I'm glad you did understood it !
The mouse sensitivity made me quite dizzy turning around...
I managed to do the tutorial and two of the cables in the first level, but I didn't quite find the third console.
I have an idea where I should go but didn't manage to get there.
Nice concept for connecting the cables. Not sure for what disconnecting might be needed, my guess is that's something you need at a later stage?
Hello ! Thank you for testing the game. Hopefully we'll get the sensitivity fixed in a post jam patch !
I assume you're missing the yellow console, you need to jump on that fallen pillar in the main room. Apparently this platform is not as obvious as I thought :)
We were also thinking that if you get stuck with the cable on your way back you could disconnect it at any moment and look for a way. But you're also right some later mechanics could have led to those situation too but we couldn't implement them .
That's what I thought I'd need to go, but I didn't manage to get there...
But I'm not too good with that type of movement anyway
simple but pretty nice
Thank you for playing the game!
Really cool concept. I love the environment not being instant death and recoverable. The sound track really brings the vibe and pacing, great stuff!
Thank you for playing our game!
Yo, making a 3D game in 10 days is no joke. I love platforming games, and this one hits the spot fr, Wish there were more levels. Well done. Kinda reminds me of Ratchet & Clank platforming.
Thank you for playing ! I'm glad someone who like platforming games enjoy playing our game !
Fun game. Bit dark and the doors aren't clear which open and which don't
Yes, it needs some polishing. :) Thank you for the feedback and for playing the game!
Fun game!
Thank you for playing!
Parkour, parkour! Really cool game idea.
Thank you for playing!
Nice little puzzle platformer. I liked the dragging cable mechanic. It was a little unclear at first where I could go.
Hello, yes, it is a bit unclear but that's the idea, being a puzzle platformer. Thank you for playing!
I overall really liked the idea and enjoyed the experience :)
The few notes I had:
1) Escape for the menu in a web build isn't good because it also puts me out of fullscreen
2) I missed some clear indicators, e.g.:
- Which doors open and which don't. I never went into the doors until later because the first one was closed and all the others looked the same.
- The battery being red communicates that is is for the red cable. I didn't expect the other colors to work as well at first.
- As I first went to the left and found the console hidden in the shadows, it wasn't really clear what it was until I randomly spammed the interaction button and got the angle correct.
Afterwards, it was nice platforming fun (even if the cables show all my failures :D), but going in blind was a bit rough :)
Also: I absolutely love your title/branding. It is just eye-catching!
Thank you for playing and for your feedback ! Your pointing out other visual elements we could have improved to create a smooth gameplay, thanks for reporting them :D
Good camera system.
A fun nice little game you got here. Nice mechanics.
please add a camera sensitivy setting lol
This game was very fun. I really enjoyed connecting all the wires with the plugs to complete the level. To improve this game, I think you should add a more interactive tutorial to help the user understand the controls without having to see the description. You could definitely add some more SFX and graphics settings to improve UX. Anyways, that's it was from, great game, good job! (Make full screen work btw)
Hello, thank for playing the game and for your feedback ! Yes definitely those aspect would have required some polish !
Which browser are you using ? The full screen option seems to be working on Firefox once the loading is done.
I am using microsoft edge, the default browser by windows.
It is working now though.
Nice to hear that it's working. Thank you again for your feedback !
Fun, a bit too dark. Main objectives should be highlighted, maybe have bigger trigger area, miss it at first without tutorial. FPS degraded in time, probably because of cable segments.
Thank you for playing the game and your feedback. We're glad that you had fun, and the lighting part is definitely noted !
I won ;)
fun little demo style level. liked the way the cables show all routes you took. i was able to write my name!
Thank you for playing the game ! I'm so glad you did that actually, those cable were also there for the player to have fun with it !!
Hello,
this was an interesting concept, The music and sound effects fit the graphic style well, the graphics where well themed, It was a bit dark sometimes and mouse sensitivity was quite high, but it was playable, I had a bit of a hard time connecting everything, but that was my fault, I think the game is good, well done each of you!
Thank you for playing the game ! We have indeed noted the sensitivity and lighting issue. Thank you for the feedback and we're glad you like it !
I thought the way the wires were set up was really fun. At first I skipped the tutorial then played it after, and it was kind of like a mini bonus level at that point. It was a fun game I just had to be slow with my mouse movements.
This was RAD. The pulsing cyberpunk soundtrack was cool, the connector sound effects was buzzy and solid, and I feel like you paid special attention to level design that encouraged some natural exploration and hinted at where the player should be going without insulting their intelligence.
My only gripes are the lighting and mouse sensitivity. Felt like I had to get used to the camera but eventually it clicked, but it was toooooo dark.
Thank you for playing our game ! We're glad you like it. We'll definitely take your feedback and improve those aspect at least to improve individually.
