Really impressive job for the jam. I have a problem with the 4th level where the screen was all black. But the others where pretty fun to try and build for the 3 stars. I wanted to play a little more but I want to test other games before this end, overall I really really like it, it give me nostalgia even.
Thanks for the feedback! We’ll look into why the 4th level was all black. It might just not have loaded, if you end up in the same situation again, try waiting a few seconds or going back to the main menu and loading the level again.
Thanks for playing! ^_^
Very clever and well-executed game design!
Thank you! ^_^
Very impress and really good game :)
Thanks! :D
One of the best games on the Jam, sooo unique and well polished!
Good Job
Thank you! ^_^
When infrastructure project had gone over budget and overtime but in too deep to scrap. (Great game!)
Haha, yeah the physics can be janky at times. Thanks for playing! <3
Absolutely a masterpiece. Needs some work because the physics gets crazy sometimes and planks start flying, but besides that, this is really a 10/10 entry. I loved that you mixed two themes and participated in two game jams at the same time. Also, the level structure and progression is very nice, like World of Goo. I think you should be proud of making this in only 9 days, it's really WAY MORE than I would expect from a short game Jam. The art is also top-notch. Congratulations!
edit: Oh you are the ones from "Over The Top" and "With You in Spirit". I declare myself fan of your games and art. I really hope not only you win another jam (you won #7 right?) but following to get more about your games and future products!
Haha yeah, the physics really does go crazy at times, the trick is to use as little building blocks as possible to keep the structure stable.
And yes, we did combine 2 themes from 2 jams just for an extra challenge. We weren’t sure if it was a smart ideas since we always pull an all nighter on the last day.
It’s really heartwarming that you recognize us from our previous work. ^_^ We started participating since the 6th Big Game Jam and on the 7th we got the best results (#1 community voted game, #2 judges pick).
Thanks for playing and we hope you see you in the next Big Game Jam! <3
excelant game... the only anoying part ,game wise not design wise, is that you have to keep returning to the blanks button in order to continue building... but really great i have played 4 levels already.i forgot i had to rate this game for a jam...super
Thanks for the feedback. We agree, it’s a bit tedious to drag building blocks but it’s designer that way so that people can play on their phones too. If we update the game we’ll definitely add some keyboard shortcuts. Hope you enjoyed the game! ^_^
I actually really enjoyed it.i like the idea, it added a new touch in build a bridge games. And the playing was smooth, no bugs, and the story and music were good combo with the game
Really nice concept!! It's a great puzzle game tbh. If u work more on it, it can be a full fledged game:D
Thank you! We would have made more levels but due to time constraints we only managed these 8 levels. (A few of them were made on the last day 🤐) Hope you enjoyed the game!
damn this game hurts my brain, but it's really fun and challenging to play!
Thanks for the feedback! ^_^
Really cool concept for a game jam! I want to made something like this sometime 😂
Thank you!
NICE GAME!❣️ YOU CAN ALSO TRY MY GAME AS WELL , HOPE YOU WILL ENJOY IT❣️
THANKS!
This is genuinely one of the most impressive entries in the entire jam — the World of Goo inspired physics plank-placing mechanic is creative, satisfying and surprisingly deep. The polished art, professional UI, story with a skip option, and the character animations that gave everyone a good laugh all combine to make this feel like a complete and well-crafted game. You can really see the growth from participating in every GDevelop jam since #6 — it shows in every detail. The balloon physics being a bit unpredictable is the only rough edge, but that's a minor thing in an otherwise outstanding entry. This absolutely deserves to be in the top 5! Feel free to check out my sky platformer too 😊
We appreciate the feedback. Yeah, it’s been a long way, we learned so much participating every game jam. Thanks for playing <3
Great game I really enjoyed playing this game.
Thanks!
Really good, best game I have found on the game jam so far!!!
Thank you!
It was fun to play. I honestly still don’t understand how to get 3 stars, I kept thinking about what I was missing. The game itself is not too hard, but it definitely takes some time to get used to. It would be really nice if the game slowed down a bit when placing the planks. Trying to place them on a constantly moving up and down bridge is quite challenging :D Overall it was an enjoyable experience, congratulations!
Thank you for the feedback! We agree we might have made the 3 star score a bit too hard. The scoring system was implemented just before the deadline 🤐
Really creative, I loved the game-play. The sound effects are perfect. Great work!
Thanks!
soo creative , i love it keep going
Thank you ^_^
Impressive man!! I really liked the mechanics part
Thanks!
Great entry! Very much reminds me of lemmings and how you have to guide them from point A to point B it looks great an there is even a story, fantastic job!
Thank you, Lemmings was out first inspiration but then we switched to World of Goo. ^_^
Awesome game with cool mechanics.
Thanks!
