Solid puzzle game, managed to complete all levels - like the art style. Would suggest highlighting power sources a little more took me a short while to figure out the power switch and button where sources. Well done!

I thought this was excellent. Definitely something that could be used as an educational game.

Great puzzle game with some digital logic thrown in! I did find that the robots could sometimes just "crawl" up walls if I spammed jump enough. Otherwise, I found the puzzles fun and the concept interesting. Nice work!

Developer(+1)

Thank you!

They probably crawl like that because the collison on them is slightly sloped at the bottom will look into fixing it and maybe making a crawling bot

that was a good puzzle. at first I thpught, the buttons were the robots and was very confused, but then it was really nice!

Thank you!

Sorry, but I don't have a clue what I'm supposed to be doing. 😂😂😂

The game definitely fits the connections theme, though!

Submitted

I dont know about other people, but to me, this game felt incredibly intuitive; like, even with minimal explanation, something about it encourages you to just try connecting different devices and just seeing what they do.  Thats a crazy feat to accomplish in 10 days or less, and you executed it nearly flawlessly.  This is such a fun game, I would love to see this expanded with a bunch more levels and some music.  Great job!

Developer

Thank you! I'm planning to add more levels and mechanics after the jam ends but it will probably be a couple months before I update it

Wow. That was great. A bit confusing I have to say with the "Not" and the boxes top left last level aren't explained.
I wanted to give up on level one tbh, but finished it. It's just good. Some more polish of course, but I'm highly impressed for a game jam game!

The theme has been hit perfectly obviously^^

Developer

Yeah I agree it is a bit confusing as the tutorial wasn't great but I explained most blocks in the itch page basically not inverts the input, and it is connected to a timer which gives an output when it runs out and it is connected to a "lose" block which loses the level if it is powered on, so essentially when you move from the pressure plate at the start a timer start and you lose if it runs out, I will work on introducing each mechanic in a more organic way so it is less confusing. Thanks for your feedback!

Nice game, very fitting of the theme. I'd have liked some more levels.

Developer

Thank you! I'll hopefully update it after the jam to add more levels

This was such a solid concept and you implemented it quite well :D

It felt very polished. The Feedback I could give would be about the ui and generally the aesthetics. Also I was missing music :(

Keep up the good work! This was a good game!

Developer(+1)

Thank you! There is no music, I thought I could learn during the jam but I was carried away by the programming and puzzle aspect, hopefully if I keep updating it I will improve the UI and art

I enjoyed that! Got a little portal meets the incredible machine vibe going, nice work!

Developer

Thank you! Yes I was very inspired by portal but I did not play the incredible machine before I will check it out after the jam concludes.

Nice puzzle game!

Neat little puzzle game. Fits the theme brilliantly. There is enough variation in the puzzle design to keep it interesting.

Note to other players in case they experience the same: On my initial playthrough the mouse and keyboard controls did not appear to work at all, but upon refreshing the web page everything started to work as expected. Playing on Chrome on Windows 11.

Developer

Thanks !

Great mechanics I had fun to solve all the puzzles.

I just was a little confused at start because I didn't notice bots can jump.

Need more levels :)

Good job.

Cool Puzzles!

Developer

Thanks!

This was a great use of the theme! I thought the puzzles were really clever, I liked stage 4 especially because of how things needed to be done in a specific order. I stumbled a bit with the tutorial but was able to figure it out through experimentation. Once I understood what I was doing I didn't have any issues. Would be cool to see this expanded upon!

Great submission. Smart game mechanic. We really enjoyed playing it and it made us think. Keep up the good work!

Developer

Thank you!

Really enjoyed this! Very obvious you are a programmer lol, loved the logic puzzles incorporated in with actually having to move around. Found it really clever, wish there was more levels!!

Developer

Thank you! Yes I am mainly a programmer I had barely done any vector art before this and I think it show lol, I am planning to add more levels, blocks, and logic plus porting to mobile.

Submitted(+1)

Haha I wasn't trying to insult your art skills!! Just having the logic based puzzle with "and" and "not" was very programmer coded, I loved it :)

I feel a bit stupid... I managed to complete the tutorial, but got stuck on the levels. So I vote for a more detailed tutorial ^^ Also, are some clicks no detected? Sometimes it took me several attempts to make a connection, so possibly that made me believe some connections were impossible while it was actually only a few missed clicks.

Developer(+1)

I added a section to the game's page for general info about the game would appreciate it if you give feedback on it.

If there is something specfic you want help with ask and I will add it to the page and extend the tutorial if I keep updating it, about the inputs i haven't noticed anything wrong when testing but maybe if you are using a touch screen or a small screen the socket's detection range could be too small?

Also don't worry you're not stupid most play-testers were confused for a while when first playing I am working on explaining the game better. Thanks for your input!

Submitted(+1)

This is an interesting concept executed quite well. I was a little confused at first but I think you did a really good job having each level build on the last so it's not too overwhelming.

Developer(+1)

Thank you! the level design was a bit of a struggle so I am glad you liked it.
