Funny idea, artwork is great and polished! The sounds (all self-recorded i presume?) were excellent! :D
Thank you so much!
Oh man, I wish the sounds were self-recorded, I really wanted to do them myself! :D
But it was nighttime when it came time to add sfx for the goblins and I didn't want to wake up my neighbors... so I downloaded all the sounds from Pixabay and edited them to sound "goblinish" :/
Very relatable experience.
Great concept with wonderful artwork. Loved this.
This is such an annoyingly fun idea! The mosquitos are soo annoying and the constant window scrolling is super stressful!
But it was awesome, and I love the art! Well done!
This game ain't nothing but original! Such a silly idea and I am so happy you stuck to it. The art style is great, sound as well, the gameplay even though tho not the most exciting... still pretty cool given the premise of the game. Therefore, a big congrats and great job from me!
Thanks for the kind and constructive feedback, really appreciate it!
Lol this game was so funny, but very disgusting XD
Not sure how you start beeding from farts XD
I think for what it is, it's well made. Didn't really stay for the whole 5 minutes, as the gameplay got a bit repetitive
I really liked the art of the game and the page too!
Thanks for trying it out! The game is supposed to be VERY serious and definitely NOT funny, I'm not sure where it went wrong... xD
I appreciate the feedback!
Lol i had to read the comments section to find out what to do... That's a great farty idea! The game mechanics were a "breath of fresh air" i'd say :) It would be a great addition if interact-able objects were highlighted, as visual feedback to the player. But otherwise great work to the team!
Thank you for playing, I really appreciate the feedback!
Great concept! Loved the controls. The art is also very nice!
I kept getting gassed until I realised the windows could be opened haha, I was very confused at first. Really cute idea, the music got a little repetitive for me but cute game overall!
I’m gonna need to shower after this. Great game !
Glad you enjoyed it xD
Cool idea. I like the game
This reminds me of old flash games. I liked the concept, it was very funny. 5 minutes is a long time!
Haha I really enjoyed playing this game! I like the UI, the music was good, and I really liked the art style and mechanics. I also liked how you could turn the music up and down in the car with the radio, it is a nice addition! Someone mentioned this already but the accessibility controls are an amazing touch! Amazing work!
Thanks for playing and for the positive review! Glad to know people are noticing the small details and making use of the accessibility settings so much!
This was very silly. Love the visuals and polish, though I wish the insects looked like insects. I thought they were just dust particles at first. Fun challenge and super creative theming.
Thank you for the kind words!
Yeah I agree, the insects definitely need some graphics and animations. Especially the mosquito bite, since that's how the player gets the bleeding effect. Unfortunately, I ran out of time and had to leave them out of the jam version :p
Haha, very funny game, I love it. The spinning mechanic was definitely there, with amazing artwork and sounds. Loved the tinny details like the cursor and the "hehehe" of the brother goblins. Very well made!
Thank you so much, glad you enjoyed it! It's always nice to hear players notice small details. I had so much fun adding in those annoying goblin chuckles xd
It has accessibility settings! I get motion sick, so I was SO excited when I saw that you included a setting to disable the bobbing, that was an awesome touch. The hand controls took a bit of getting used to, but once I did it was a really neat mechanic.
Awesome! The settings were a last minute addition but I felt like they were necessary. I'm glad it wasn't time wasted and you got to enjoy the game, as well.
Great vibe
The game started gentle enough for me to figure out what to do without a tutorial before ramping up to be hectic. Well paced.
Cool visual style and the hand controls felt good to use. Nice job!
Thanks for the positive feedback! Pacing has been an issue for me in previous jams so it's good to know I've improved on that regard.
very fun game and a great idea try out our game https://aharoniamirr.itch.io/tornado-the-game
