This is such a creative game, and I love the idea of a balancing act created by the move queue. Plus, angular momentum on a frozen water surface is serious business. Plus the music and animations are top-tier. I love the detail of the judge wojack-ing at you performing the moves successfully. 10/10 vibes
but HOLY CRAP THE MOVES GET WAY TOO HARD WAY TOO FAST. That plus the pixel font made it hard to tell which keys I needed to press in the first place. And the timing rings were SUPER thin for how many prompts got on screen with even the third move from the top. I'd recommend saving the whole "moving the prompts around the screen" bit for the very last move, if at all. Especially since the player is juggling momentum at the same time.
The vibes are lowkey amazing. The fun animations timing with the beat and all the cool effects. Overall it was way too difficult for me tho.
very fun and very serious
wouldve been nice if it was a browser game
Sadly I only realized later that godot FMOD doesn’t support exporting to HTML so the audio doesn’t work on browser :( And I use the audio system to do a bunch of callbacks for timing and such, so the whole game breaks
I feel your pain, my buddy and I use FMOD and Godot, and I wish the premiere FMOD plugin supported web!
Fun game, tho I think some quick instructions would have helped. I didn't understand I had to pick the moves for like a minute and thought my game was broken lol. I also think focusing more on tight windows and harder sequences rather than moving buttons would make harder moves more interesting. Maybe it's just because I don't play many rhythm games but those were basically impossible. I'm also thankful to not have wrist problems, otherwise the spinning mouse would have been rough lol
Overall, not bad, but a bit more polish would make it a lot more enjoyable
This was fun! I made it a good amount into the game just using splits and headstands, as anything harder than that was just too much for me. Good job on this!
The idea is very cool! The aesthetics are fun. I struggled with how brutal that difficulty is (or I'm just not getting something about the mechanics). Congrats on making it to the finish line!
I am very bad at this game but think the prompts/movement are very interesting and fun.
