i wish there was more to it but was is here was interesting and fun!

Great take on the theme! This was a fun one!

This is a visually stunning piece! As others have mentioned, a built in tutorial/tooltips would've been helpful, just at the minimum making players start with the windpumps first before they start placing the other ones to balance out the resources. I did not put down the windpumps first at all, haha. The music is quickly repetitive, but I could see the tone you were going for to match the vibe of this game. Regardless, you did a great job with this submission!

Developer

Thank you for the kind words and feedback!

I like the idle aspect of the game along with the art. I think maybe a slower introduction to the gameplay mechanics would really polish it along with possibly upgrading structures, but well made for jam congratulations!

art was really nice - some of the audio was a little annoying. As others have said tooltips would have made this easier to play. Think it scales a little too quickly so that combined with the lack of information make it hard to juggle things. Like the idea though, could be a fun idle desktop game!

Developer

Exactly, an idle desktop game was my idea! I definitely struggled with balancing the game, but the feedback has been all very helpful. Thanks for playing and commenting.

Respectable aspect ratio!

I wish there was some more tooltips for stuff like the resource, showing your production and demand of it.

Tooltips for what the buildings do aswell!

Really enjoyed the art style, keep it up!

The music could use some work, it sounded fine but was repetetive for the five minutes.

Will be cool to see what you could make this game into if you decide to iterate further on it :)

Developer

Thanks for the awesome feedback, will definitely apply in the future if I take it further!

Art is so polished, gameplay is also pretty easily to understand. Just the repetitive sound a little bugging me, it would be best if you can just run certain piano chords, that would certainly make this game cozy! Oh and wind /chilly sound as well.

Developer

Thank you for the feedback. That's a great idea, if I plan on going further with this game, I'll definitely do that!

its cool but the clicker was bugging out for me( it was spinning the wrong windmill ig), but love the art style

Submitted(+1)

I really like the idea of a spinning cookie clicker kinda thing, my only gripe is the music was very annoying.

Developer

Understandable, the music was a last minute thought. I made it in just 10 minutes. Will definitely make sure to plan the music properly next time!

I really like the aesthetics of the pixel art. It looks really good. Definitely on theme with the spinning windmills. The fact they occasionally broke was an interesting touch. I'm also very glad you had an autoclicker!

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much! I actually suck at pixel art, so I created most of my assets first in Inkscape as vector art, then pixelated each of them, and cleaned it up in Aseprite, glad you enjoyed. Thanks for playing!

Awesome game! I love the attention to detail with your particles. It makes the game feel really well polished. The unusual screen resolution also makes this game stand out from others. Whenever a new house spawned my game did lag for a second. Also, for your game description, whenever you use a capital bolded C it looks a lot like an O due to the font. Just a little thing I thought was worth pointing out. Overall, this game is really cool and well-made and polished. You did a great job creating this!

Developer

Thank you for the feedback! I was actually worried the exploding windmills would cause the game to lag, so it's interesting that the spawning cabins are doing it, I will look into it. Thanks for playing!

i really liked how it looked! i wish there were sliders for the audio due to the crackling noise and breaking noise making me jump a bit, but despite that, it was fantastic!!

Lovely graphics, the potential of this game is incredible. Really liked it!

Developer

You really think so? Thank you! If the game places high enough in the jam, I plan on working on it for a month longer and release it as a free clicker game on mobile!

I really liked the atmosphere and the art, the game lacked a bit engaging

I really like it , very fun!

This game is so charming! There's a lot of attention to detail in here, from the particle effects that give the impression of a strong breeze, to the icons bobbing when you hover over them - they really make the game feel polished! I also love the unusual screen resolution you chose :) Thanks for making this!

Developer

Thank you, I took a lot of  inspiration from the many games I've played in the past. Appreciate the comment!
