Software used
The game was made with HTML5 Canvas, vanilla JavaScript, and CSS. I used ChatGPT/Codex for coding assistance and AI image generation for the game assets.
Use of the limitation
I incorporated the limitation by making the factory situation get increasingly out of hand. Robots keep spawning in waves, the player has to survive escalating chaos, and upgrades make the combat more powerful but also more frantic. The whole game is about trying to control a machine outbreak before it overwhelms you.

Very solid visual style and sound effects, game is also very engaging and intuitive, after some waves become really challenging, good pace of exp and upgrades!!! Well done mate!
Enjoyable concept with interesting gameplay and upgrades, well done
I really liked the wide range of customization options in the game. Upgrades are genuinely interesting. Overall, it's a very enjoyable experience, and the art and polish are great. Good job!
Surprisingly, the game is really enjoyable! Even the visual style and sound effects are great! It’s also very addictive—I accidentally spent 15 minutes playing it! :)
That color pallette is on point. Very nice sprite designs as well for the lil bots. Great work on this!
Very juice, very responsive and very very arcade (good thing!) I enjoyed the graphics and the audio. The upgrades were meaningful and had lots to choose from, i felt out whelmed but still in control. Would have loved for the cross hair to be bigger and more obvious to see as when there was a lot of enemies I had a little trouble keeping track of where i was firing. This game is really well done. Good job!

pretty good and fun game, although it have a points to improve, the crosshair, its very hard to see as more enemies spawns, in general the game is very fun and challanging.
The movement feels smooth, the game is fun, three things to improve: 1. The crosshair needs to be more visible, 2. Taking damage and dealing damage needs to be conveyed better, 3. The alternating sprites are distracting, instead just keeping the red portal would be nicer. Overall solid game. Good Job!
Solid, simple gameplay loop. I don't know why the sprites on the edges of the screen kept changing; it was a bit distracting.
I really liked it! Even has progression and a cooldown mechanic.
Nice work!

Thanks a lot! Yeah, that was kind of the point — I wanted the game to feel skill-based, where movement and dodging really matter.
The Impossible difficulty is meant to feel like a real challenge, not something you beat easily. I honestly don’t think many people will finish it, and if someone does, I’ll be very impressed lol.
Rated, and that was fun. On my second play through, I got the boss core health very low then got a Game Over screen, so I thought I won, but then I realize I think they dealt the killing blow to me just barely before I did to the core! That was so close. Also, FYI: your game picture that I used to link in is clipped around the edges so I can't see the first letter which makes it say something less flattering. My submission is less polished than yours due to the time constraints, but it's still beatable - you should try it out.
Improve? I wasn't trying to complain before, in fact I was impressed that your entry was so polished when it was a vanilla JavaScript project instead of a game-making engine! To do this in JavaScript in the short time we have for the jam and then to still outperform some of the other submissions, you must have some good experience. Congrats again on your quality submission!
