We had the idea of adding a multigrab upgrade or just making it the default, but unfortunately I had already coded the hands to work by grabbing only 1 thing at a time and feared changing it would cause a lot of problems and consume a lot of time. There are upgrades that increase the amount you heal after each trash you eat though.
