Nice game, I appreciate also the work on the menu, nice touch. For the game it's globally really clean but like the others, some clues are missing and when we loose, we don't see where was the other player. But I really enjoyed the game :) even if the laught sound will stay in my nightmare XD (as I heard it a lot of time !) Nice work !

Love the menu work! Overall the game was a bit of fun but I agree with others that some extra clues would be useful. One thing I found challenging was when the prop was right on the other side of a wall and so the cough was loud, might've been worth casting out a quick ray to see if any walls were blocking and lowering the volume as if it was coming from another room.
Love the use of the Synty assets though, the area looks great, and the sound design is really fun. Good work!
Wow, this came a long way! I would lower the music volume a bunch. the music is fine, it's just overpowering as it is now. I still feel like the hidden object should be something a bit out of place. Love the 2 person mode. Great work!
Nice game! I enjoyed the feedback from missed shots with the cough. I am glad it was also dynamically changing locations too. You did a great job laying out the assets as well!
Cool game, I did end up having to changing the default settings quite a bit. I would recommend some kind of audio normalization to start out with, with an emphasis on SFX since the laugh/cough noises are important, just for accessibility. I had to immediately turn down the music to 0 to play the game tbh. Also it did seem kinda hard to me, maybe that was the intention? The prop didn’t seem completely out of place or “sus”
hi, thanks for playing and the feedback.
At first I didn't have any music exactly for that reason, but since you are able to adjust the volume it shouldn't be a big issue.
The SFX I used are kinda bad actually. I wanted to have some kind of noises that are human like because the idea was that another player is morphing and hiding. I had to choose based on the length of the noises (laughter, coughing, sneezing). The linger the audio plays, the easier it is to identify the direction/position.
Multiple people have mentioned how hard it was for them to play it. I posted a video on the discord server if that helps. The prop for 1 player mode shouldn't be out of place, but in some cases it still happens. In 2 player mode there would be an additional prop somewhere, so after memorising the map, you would know almost immediately which one it is.
From my perspective the game is too easy, only if it happens to be around a crowded table it gets tricky because of the time penalties.
Cool game, I loved the idea! feedback:
1 - The game felt too hard(playing solo). I was right next to the object by hearing the cough sound, but I just kept shooting around and couldn't find it. It would be good if the object didn't fit (e.g., a slice of pizza on a table).
2 - It was a bit weird that the hider would cough after a shot, idk what exactly, but a different sound effect might be better.
3 - Adding shooting effects would've made the game much more satisfying and cooler
Also, I really liked the 2-player mode! Good work!

3. You mean muzzle flash, bullets/shells and a trail?
The local 2 player mode should be the main mode, but I still have to make a playable 1 player mode.
A fun turn‑based hide‑and‑seek concept where two players can face off, or you can play solo and try to find the hidden object before time runs out. Listening to clues adds a nice touch and makes the search more engaging.
In solo mode, there’s not much to interact with — nothing breaks, nothing reacts — which slightly reduces the excitement of exploring. It’s a bit of a shame, because being able to smash things while searching would make the experience even more enjoyable. Still, it’s a solid start with an original idea that definitely has room to grow.
Hi, thanks for playing and commenting.
Nice idea with having the objects that you shoot, even if they were not the one you were looking for get destroyed. Would also help to declutter the space, but at the same time I am thinking how to handle tables, shelfs etc. which have things on top of them or inside. Can't destroy all of them in one go., cause it defeats the purpose.
Maybe I will come up with something. After the jam I will give them at least an outline.
Were you able to find the props in single player mode? For me it is getting too easy. Doesn't matter which mode.
Yes, exactly — the idea would be to break only the decorative objects, not the furniture. Furniture should stay intact to avoid destroying the whole environment at once, but allowing small decorative items to break or disappear would give players clear feedback and make the search more dynamic.
It keeps the gameplay readable while adding a satisfying interaction.
About the single‑player mode: honestly, I wasn’t able to find the props easily. For you it probably feels simple because you know exactly how everything works — but for a new player, it’s not that obvious. Without clear feedback or interactions, it’s easy to get lost.
I really liked the office setting, very polished and professional game, I liked the idea of finding the objects with sound and using time as a resource to do it, but like other players said it was hard to know which object was the intruder, I had the coughing sound right in front of me but i shot everything and didn't find it, but very nice game nonetheless, keep it up!
Great game! Very polished. Like others have said, I had a hard time to understand wich object even after locating it with the sound. Maybe adding an outline to the object the player is aiming will help. I would also add a crosshair
nice idea!! i like with the noise detection!! but it is very difficult to understand what is the object that you have to shoot!! i play a while but never find the object!!
Thanks for playing.
There are 300 possible objects so, yes, it can become difficult from time to time. The easiest way is to move while the sound clue is playing.
I don’t want to make any changes while the voting is still happening but I think I will have to show what the object was when you lose. This would make it less frustrating and overtime easier what to expect.
What I advise for now: play the 2 player version and hide yourself so you know exactly what the prop is and where it is. Use this as tutorial.
Easy to understand, hard to play. Probably the most confusing thing for me is that I do not know what object can be use to hide. A little dot saying where you will shoot and maybe hightlighting an object when the dot pass by will be a huge improvement.
Overall great job! Congrats!
Hi guys,
please give me some feedback on the game. Mainly about how easy or hard it was for you to understand the game.
Do you think the controls need to be changed? I prefer to play these games with a controller, but I always make sure, that it is also playable with keyboard and mouse.
It is obvious that I haven't changed the level beside removing some stuff which were in the way (like doors).
Enjoy :)
