Nice game, i can see why this is the most reviewed game in this jam. Simple, short but memorable.

Nice game. Took me a few runs before I realised I was meant to interact with the tombs. I thought the monster was just much better at hiding in the shadows than I was. Certainly needs a UI progress bar to show the time running out, both for searching and hiding, to heighten the tension. Thanks for making.
You start in a dark cathedral with a flashlight… then suddenly you’re in an area with fire torches that turn off randomly, and you have no idea what you’re supposed to do. The objectives aren’t clear, and the sound design is extremely poorly balanced — way too loud and uneven, which breaks immersion instead of enhancing it.
The idea is there, but the gameplay needs to be expanded, the mechanics clarified, and the audio reworked to make the experience feel more coherent.
Ok first of all thank you for taking the time to try out my game, I know the game has its flaws but I only had 7 days to work on it, like I said before it's the first game i ever released, and the first game jam i participate in.
The problem with the fire torches that turn off randomly during daytime is because of the webGL build, if you download it and play the executable the lightning is fine, as it was in the editor when i exported it.
For the other issues you're right I should of made it more user friendly, I should of added a "press E to interact" when the player is next to the tombs.
The game is basically a game of hide and seek, during the day you seek the monster that is hiding in a random tomb, during the night it seeks you. Thank you for your constructive criticism, I will for sure fix all the points you gave me after the game jam is finished.
Loved the atmosphere and audio. Great take on hide and seek. Would love to have some sort of UI to see what was intractable, and maybe a countdown to know when to hide.
Are you supposed to move around at night to different spots? I stayed put and got eaten every time. I do taste good, so couldn't be helped.
Great job!
After that, I feel like I should just NOT be searching for anything! Im just gonna hide. thanks.
Nice game! nice atmosphere!! i would like a small alert when it is getting dark! so can have the time to hide!! i get surprised from the monster when finds me!! Great job some small fixes and will be amazing!!
Good game, is there a way to win though? I managed to avoid the monster for a few minutes but nothing ever happened and eventually he got me.
Gave me a good scare! Didn't know the tombs were interactable until I read some comments, then it made more sense xD. Anyways good job mate!
I really liked this! Good old school horror vibes. I didn't realize the tombs were interactable at first and the monster also spawned next to an empty tomb. Great job!
Thank you very much ! That's what I wanted when i first started making the game, for it to feel oldschool like the Amnesia game, yeah I probably should of added a "E to interact" button like my friend told me after he tested out the game :P thank you very much for playing and for your comment, also here's a little hint, the creature has a chance of finding you in the tomb you're hiding, it's not a 100% chance , so you might be lucky that he wont inspect the tomb you're hiding in! And yes the monster spawns at random near a tomb
it's really hard to believe that this was your first game jam! Brilliant job!
Thank you very much, yes is it my first game, I have been working on a game for like 6 months now, but i get quite ambitious for the skills i currently have so it takes time haha, i'm glad Synty studios makes assets for us, it really helps me focus on programming :) Thank you for trying out my game and for your comment :)
yea leaning closer to my monitor when it got dark wasn't my best decision today haha - well done on your game submission!
